la casa estaba impecable , muy amplia y tenía muchísimas cosas. lavadora, secadora, horno, etc etc. aparcamiento fácil y Domenico pendiente siempre de todo. Se mostró muy amable y pendiente a cualquier problema que hubiese en la casa. muy recomendado el alojamiento y muy espacioso y confortable

Estadia maravilhosa em Florença, super recomendo! Ficamos cerca de 5 dias, local um pouco mais afastado, porém facilmente chegávamos no centro de ônibus, em cerca de 25-30min. Casa com todas as comodidades, fomos no verão europeu, bem quente e o ar condicionado do quarto excelente. Tudo limpo e cheiroso, arrumado e novo! Cama extremamente confortável, com lençóis macios. Nos sentimos em um hotel, só que melhor por ter cozinha completa, maquina de lavar roupas com sabão disponivel, itens de higiene pessoal, etc. Parabéns pela estadia. Anfitriã educada e acessível!

Our stay was beautiful! The view from the balcony (and bedroom window and shower window) is absolutely breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony and taking it in was some of our favorite parts of the stay. Everything was clean and decorated so nicely, plus their espresso machine and little cookies were great to wake up with. Location is a bit far walking distance from the center of the city, and it is uphill on the way back, but we personally loved it because it kept us on our feet during our travels and the peaceful neighborhood is worth the walk because it is so quiet and private at night. It’s right across the street from Galileo’s original home! Highly recommend this apartment :)

Stefania’s apartment is spacious and new with an easy walk to a market, pizzeria, and wine shop. We took short taxi rides into downtown for sightseeing. It was lovely to return to a peaceful neighborhood because Florence was very crowded on Saturday and Sunday. The taxi app was perfect! Rides arrived in five minutes. I would definitely return!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit sodass wir uns beginnend vom Check-in direkt wohlgefühlt haben. Die Wohnung ist wie online beschrieben, wirkt frisch renoviert, gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von Florenz in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel, ein großer Supermarkt ist fussläufig in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich fussläufig keine 2 Minuten entfernt, sodass man schnell und unkompliziert im Herz von Florenz ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Nos gustó quedarnos en el alojamiento de Niccolo, tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía, estaba muy limpio y bonito, esta a 20 min del centro lo cual se llega bien caminando, él fue muy amable en todo momento

El apartamento es demasiado bonito, la verdad supero todas nuestras expectativas. El anfitrión es muy atento a cada detalle, nos dejo café, comida, toallas. Todo excelente la verdad volvería mil veces

Unbeatable view! Liana checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything throughout the week. The instruction book was very clear with helpful instructions and great nearby recommendations. Highly recommend!

Alessandro’s place is the real deal—a true penthouse! In the U.S., “penthouse” sometimes just means top floor, but here it means an apartment with two massive sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private terrace. We spent afternoons soaking up the sun and evenings relaxing outside after dinner as Florence cooled down—it was perfect. The location is also super convenient, right next to a tram stop that's only three stops from the city center. We had a wonderful time in Florence and would absolutely stay here again!

If Lorenzo's place is available, just book it. You couldn't be more centrally located. Everything in Florence is walking distance from the unit. The view of the Duomo from the main room is stunning. The stairs can be a little tough if you have heavy luggage but the elevator helps a lot. The air conditioning in the unit is also top notch. It was very hot during our stay and walking back in to the cold unit felt great. Thanks for an awesome stay!

We loved this little haven in the middle of the busy city. The apartment was beautiful. As soon as you walk in you feel a sense of calm. The little loft area is so cool and fun. The bedroom is perfect and quiet. I’d say the only thing we needed was water glasses but other than that the apartment was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nicola’s place was exactly as described an in a great location! He was very responsive at all points during our stay.

Sehr schöne ruhige Unterkunft im toskanischen Flair. Tolle Anlage auch mit Pool und toller Aussicht. Schnell in Florenz und auf den Straßen zu den Ausflugszielen. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gern wieder. :)

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het appartement ligt in een rustige en prettige wijk. Parkeren gaat er makkelijk en met de bus ben je met een halfuur in het centrum. Het is netjes en mooi ingericht. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Massimiliano was zeer vriendelijk en een hele fijne host. Goede communicatie en altijd bereikbaar. Zou het iedereen aanraden.

Perfect location - couldn’t hear any noise outside (and was nervous about that because the location is so prime) - very clean - would definitely stay here again

A huge thanks to Rosella for hosting us in her amazing apartment. Very central location within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio and many local attractions. The private terrace with the Palazzo Vecchio overlooking was perfect for breakfast or late evening watching the sun set with a few drinks. The apartment was spotless clean and very much as described. We were met by our very friendly host at the apartment whom welcomed and showed us around the apartment. We stayed as two couples and a perfect place to stay - I would very much recommend Rosella and her apartment.

Massimiliano takes pride in his home and history and goes above and beyond to welcome you. We felt right at home, beds were comfortable and large bathrooms were a plus. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook but it appeared well stocked. The location is very nice, safe, easily reachable by bus and walkable to all major sites. We enjoyed our stay and we enjoyed the authenticity of Massimiliano’s home and beautiful city.

Luciano's rooftop apartment was impeccably clean and well-appointed - with such ammenities as AC, dishwasher and standard sized refrigerator. Everything is in a beautiful and new condition. There are 3 places to sleep with the rooftop living room being my favorite. There is a second rooftop terrace on the other side of the apartment overlooking the city. In all, it provides a 360 degree view of beautiful Florence! Luciano is friendly and responsive and savvy with the technology of translating messages. He has a map on the wall sharing the best nearby restos, bus lines, etc. Very helpful. It was a lovely experience and we hope to return to Luciano's place when we return to Florence next time!

Nous avons été ravie de cet appartement très bien placé à Florence qui est une ville merveilleuse, il est situé très proche du fameux Ponte Vecchio Et nous nous sommes régalé grâce à la gastronomie Florentine. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
