The Farmhouse sleeps 8 (+ 2 children), with option to lease the adjoining Surradale Loft for an additional 2 people (with separate entrance, kitchenette and bathroom). With a wood fired hot tub set in the secluded garden and overlooking the stunning views, miles of picturesque walking from the doorstep, or a short drive to beaches or private tennis court, you'll be spoilt for things to do. All beds can be twin or double.

Beachfront Cottage in Moray, Pet-Friendly Escape

Beach Cottage is our cosy self-catering cottage located on the beachfront in Lossiemouth. The traditional cottage is perfect for a relaxing getaway by the sea, featuring a luxurious double bedroom with en-suite & a fantastic open plan kitchen and living room with a cosy log burner to curl up next to in the evening. The cottage faces the East Beach, with beautiful views from the garden where you can watch the waves crashing and spot seals, dolphins & local wildlife from our outdoor seating area.

Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Kimberley House, Findhorn

Luxury retreat in Findhorn. The cottage comprises two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both en-suite, and a large open plan dining/living space and kitchen upstairs. The property is architecturally striking and has been designed and built by a local architect and finished to a very high standard including luxurious linens and toiletries. Retaining much of its original character the property makes an ideal base for a great Scottish holiday and exploring the quiet and unspoilt Moray coast.

Staves Cottage - A newly renovated bespoke space for guests to enjoy all that Moray and the highlands have to offer. Set just minutes away from the beach you can enjoy peaceful walks or venture further afield to explore various attractions. Activities such as Distillery tours, fishing or clay pigeon shooting can be arranged (at additional costs). Self check in is available but hosts are on hand should you require assistance. It's close to scenic coastal Villages and walks, where the views are stunning over the Moray Firth and Dolphins and other wildlife/birds can be seen. Near by there are paths which are ideal for cycling and many Golf Courses to enjoy and if Whisky is your tipple, then there are some world famous distilleries close by. But if peace and quiet is what you want, then there is a mezzanine snug area or the large private garden to enjoy.
