It sleeps four with a queen Murphy bed and a queen loft bed, both with organic sheets. Stay comfortable with radiant floor heating, a rustic fireplace, and AC for summer.

Set up like your favorite hotel room, it has coffee bar for your morning java, a brand new gorgeous bathroom, tv, WIFI. The heat pump keeps you cool on the hottest days. You will love the large covered back deck with an amazing view, the perfect place for your morning coffee or a glass of a local wine. You are just a 90 second drive to the bay with great restaurants, bakery, Ice Cream shop, and whale watching.

Property is surrounded by nature with Bright Angel Park right outside the back gate. Take your morning coffee, stroll along the trails and be at the river within minutes. A barn on the property is home to numerous chickens, giant bunnies, and two inquisitive emus. Enjoy a memorable vacation in this beautiful setting!

Our 300 sq. ft. cottage is situated on a 2.5 acre property where we reside. The location is perfect for those who want to have a place to relax after exploring the local vineyards, farmers’ markets, parks, beaches and walking trails. The cottage’s style mimics that of the main house, which is about 60 feet away from the cottage. We respect your privacy, and will leave you to yourselves. We love meeting new people and are LGBTQ+ friendly!
