The apartment is an annex to the landlord's house. The apartment was built in 2023 and is modernly furnished. The property is spacious, green and in a quiet location, with very good connections to the transport network and the A6 highway. The region is known for numerous hiking trails in the Jagst Valley, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot. The town of Kirchberg offers a beautiful old town and a lively castle.

We offer you a lovingly furnished guest room with a separate entrance – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The room is equipped with a comfortable 1.40 m bed, sofa and armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a small kitchen with basic equipment and a smart TV. There is a bicycle parking space and numerous hiking opportunities directly from the apartment.

Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and has a free underground parking space.
