Hico Holiday Den

LaurenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This Airbnb exceeded my expectations! They have gone above and beyond to make a nice space for guests. The pictures don’t do it justice actually. I booked based off of other reviews. They had snacks and all kids of toiletries in the bathroom in case you forget anything, and other special touches which I think is very thoughtful of the hosts. We ate breakfast outside with the cute, little, friendly farm animals. We were in town for a wedding, and Jamel’s Airbnb was the perfect place for us to stay. I also consider myself to have high standards when it comes to places I stay, and I thought this was a great place for us and would stay again if I was in the area! 🙂

Matthew was very quick with his response and loved the scenery of the area. Peaceful and lots of fresh air. Porch area was very nice! Awesome loft area! If we didn’t have the baby and dog we definitely would have used it! Overall great friendly host with a beautiful home!

Silos on the Brazos

EmilyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our stay at the Silo was absolutely amazing! Sharon was so helpful and was the best host we have ever had! The location is so serene and peaceful! It’s about a 20 min ride into downtown Waco which wasn’t bad at all! We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Texas!

The Overlook on the Hilltop

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Cranfills Gap! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts we needed for a relaxing escape. The peaceful countryside setting was exactly what we were looking for—quiet mornings with coffee on the porch, stunning sunsets, and a sky full of stars at night. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure we felt right at home. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore the charm of small-town Texas, this Airbnb is a perfect choice. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Pecan Cottage

MargieRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Two girlfriends for a girls weekend. The house is on a quiet street, in a small town. We were there for two nights and didn’t hear any noisy neighbors. The bedrooms are well prepared for guests, with very comfortable beds. Two nightstands and lamps. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, which seemed new or modern, and worked well (quiet). One bedroom has a TV, though didn’t use it. The living room has two nice and comfortable chairs, and a couch with pillows, also comfortable. TV worked great and the remote was easy to use. We had to buy two wine glasses at Dollar store as we did not find any in the kitchen. There are few cabinets (older kitchen), pretty decently stocked with nice dishes and cups. We brought our own salads and snacks, so did not use the stove. Good bath towels and lots of wash cloths. Bring your own soaps, shampoos. There were some in the shower, but used (opened bottles). The house in general is old, but seemed nicely remodeled except for kitchen cabinets.
