It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental. Fussy Hen Ranch

Quiet, peaceful setting with country atmosphere. One room barndominum with full kitchen and full bathroom. We also have full RV hookups which can accommodate any size of RV/trailer. Full use of property including barn, RV hookups, stalls, grass arena, and round pen is an option for an additional cost.
