Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Crestline

Considering the presence of a sauna, which is quite rare for this area, and the very reasonable price, I can definitely say this place is worth your attention. We had a great time — thank you!

My seven year old daughter, my mom and our two dogs between us, were looking to book something for Mother's Day weekend to really feel like we got away and this place was absolutely the perfect getaway. The property itself was stunning. Remote, quiet, peaceful, beautiful. We felt like we were miles away from anyone else. To get to the home, you do need to drive up a bumpy dirt road for about 1/4 of a mile, but my mid-size 2WD was able to make it. If there had been snow, we would have needed 4WD or chains. The cabin was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms were set up to get the best views, the home kept very cool when it got almost 90 degrees when the windows were open bringing in the outside air. The deck was my favorite part — HUGE with a clean hot tub, stunning views and just the right amount of sitting. I fully enjoyed my morning yoga there! We want to go back! Two days were not enough and I am already looking up when we can visit again. Thank you!

The most quaint little cabin. The perfect getaway when you need a reset from city life. Kitchen is stocked well with cooking supplies and the local grocery store is 5 mins away from the cabin. I will say that the main two bedrooms run a little hotter than the third located below the deck but the fans provided inside the rooms were a great solution for that! The lake is beautiful and there’s a lot to explore in the area. Brian is very friendly and easy to talk to should you need anything at all!

Great clean quiet place to stay, communicative hosts, definitely recommend

I can't recommend this cabin highly enough! This was our second time staying here, and Anthony, our host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the moment you arrive, everything exceeds expectations. We requested an early check-in, and Anthony was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. Thank you, Anthony, for making this such a seamless and memorable stay. Both times we’ve visited, the first thing we noticed was how clean the cabin was. The linens were fresh and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. We spent peaceful evenings on the deck watching the sunset. It truly felt like magic. Inside, the décor is cozy and inviting, and the space is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The cabin is in a great location, with Lake Gregory nearby and a local market with restaurants all within close proximity. Thank you so much Anthony! We are already planning our 3rd visit!

Words cannot explain how beautiful this place was. I felt like a princess the furniture and details were everything. You can tell how much of their soul was put into the design of this home. I couldn’t get enough of it! The host is such an icon for letting others rent this exciting experience. Everything was clean and organized. It’s such a good place to see lots of views and such a safe environment. If you’re in a relationship this is such an amazing spot to spend time at. You feel like royalty here, great games were in place like “truth or drink” brought us together. The hot tub made us feel so relaxed. It was for sure a needed getaway for me and my partner. The theme of this home is such a gem I adore it so much that it’s been the best Airbnb we’ve rented.

don’t really have much to say, i enjoyed my stay and the place was great. has everything one would need for a short or longer stay. CANNOT smoke pens in the house, not that this was a problem i’m just putting it out there lol. Really friendly family, they are very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay! Rarely would I say that places turn up better in person than in pictures, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how absolutely cute and charming the place is when I arrived! There were so many cute little details added to the decor. I’m not sure if the place has been updated recently, but everything is very clean and appears new. Everything works well! The beds were super comfortable. The towels were luxurious. And they actually have stainless pots (no toxic chemicals like teflon), which actually is a big deal for me! Location is convenient, literally right next to Snow Summit. Leanne is super responsive! Absolutely enjoyed my stay. I’ve stayed at numerous Airbnbs in Big Bear.. this is the one I’m definitely returning to.

Great location with easy parking behind the unit. You can walk right out front to the Downtown street.

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

It was a perfect stay. My favorite part was that we were able to stay there w our fur babies, the place was fenced so I was able to allow them to run around in the back while I relaxed inside the apartment. Place heated up pretty quickly & I was very very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again once I have the chance :)

Had a wonderful time at Leanne’s place this past Memorial Day weekend. Just as described, clean and very nice making sure we were enjoying our trip.

We appreciated that it was a place that allowed pets & did not smell like pets! Location was great & clean.

Shelly's place was just what we needed for a short weekend. Unit C is part of a larger 3-unit complex, but is completely separate from the other two (separate entrance, back patio, grill, etc.). It was a warmer weekend than we expected, but there was a portable AC unit in the closet of the larger of the two bedrooms that worked well. One thing I would note is that the sun shines directly into the kitchen and living room in the afternoon which can cause the two rooms to become pretty warm, but if you pull the curtains/blinds, it will help - you also get a great view of the sun as it goes down at night. The house is in a great neighborhood that is on the lake and about a 10-12 minute walk into town. Would highly recommend staying at Shelly's place.

We enjoyed our stay for Memorial Day Weekend. This was our first experience renting a condo instead of a single family home, and the property felt safe & was family friendly. Our toddler enjoyed the pool house & having other kids around to play with which was a nice change for us. The location was a quick drive into the village and even on a holiday weekend did not feel crowded. The condo itself was nicely decorated with a modern touch, and very spacious for a 2 bedroom. I really enjoyed the large tub next to the fireplace in the downstairs room. There were plenty of clean fluffy towels for both bathrooms as well as the pool area. The kitchen had the basics to cook quick meals, and the open floor plan made hanging out while cooking enjoyable. We had a few hiccups upon checkin and the host was always responsive, kind, and did their best to accommodate a quick fix. We’d visit again!

Amazing location close 3 min walk to the park and fishing pier , 2 min walk to the local corner store and pizza place ; and a 7 min drive into the town ! The house was so clean and way better in person than the photos , it’s a must stay we will definitely be coming back in the future !!

Fantastic location, great house, and perfect for a girls weekend. Everything is about 10 minutes away, and the immediate neighborhood has a nice loop you can walk. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Very clean, nice patio, and super communicative host. We’d love to come back!
