Holiday houses in Cretaio

Location is ideal by being right near the bus station, restaurants, shops, and the beach. Place was beautifully decorated and clean. Hosts were kind and responsive, and were flexible with letting us do bag drop off before and after check in/check out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Ischia!

Ich hatte mit meiner Partnerin das Vergnügen, einige wunderbare Tage in Guiseppe's Unterkunft auf der schönen Insel Ischia zu verbringen. Schon am Fährhafen wurden wir herzlich von ihm empfangen und direkt zur Unterkunft gebracht – ein toller Service! Guiseppe war stets hilfsbereit und organisierte für uns sogar einen Motorroller, der zur Unterkunft gebracht und wieder abgeholt wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, funktional eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet alles Nötige – wer viel kocht, sollte ein eigenes Messer mitbringen. Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad modern und gepflegt. Besonders schön ist die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den nahen Strand, der nur eine Treppe entfernt liegt. In der Nebensaison ist man dort abends mit einem fast magischen Licht über dem Meer fast allein – einfach traumhaft. Unter der Unterkunft befindet sich eine stilvolle Bar mit angenehmer Musik, die nie störte. Vielen Dank, Guiseppe – wir kommen gerne wieder und wünschen dir alles Gute!

Anna waited for us at the Bus Stop and brought us to the apartment, which was really nice. She was really friendly, when she showed us everything The home was really clean and cozy, just like shown on the picture. It is situated in Fiaiano, a part of Barano d'Ischia. So it is not directly at the sea, which is not walkable. Instead you get a great Seaview from the top of the mountain. Fiaiano is reachable by Bus within 20 Minutes from Ischia Porto, though the Schedule remained partly mysterious to the end. All in all we had a great time at Anna's place!

Susanna’s place was fantastic. The apartment was in an incredible location in the center of Ischia. The apartment was very modern and clean. The patio outside was great to have breakfast in the morning. 4 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from the main bus stop. The bus system is very good and I went all over the island on it. Susanna was very responsive and welcoming host and I plan on coming back next summer for a longer stay. Ischia is absolutely beautiful and enchanting! Grazie Mille!

Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet und ideal gelegen. In einem Umkreis von 200 Metern kann man auf unzählige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zurückgreifen. Darüber hinaus ist der Strand in wie beschrieben wirklich nur 1 Minute weit entfern. Vincenzo war ein toller Gastgeber, welcher sich bei Rückfragen sehr schnell gemeldet hat und uns proaktiv sinnvolle Informationen mitgeteilt hat.

We had a fantastic stay!The house is in a great location - just 20 meters from the beach and within walking distance of everything you need.The terrace is a gem - sunny, beautifully maintained,with loungers, plants, and even an outdoor shower. It is clear how much love and attention owners put into it.The views of Naples Bay and Procida are simply breathtaking.Inside, the apartment is clean, air-conditioned, and well-equipped,beds are comfy. A big thank you to Patricia & David,who kindly shared limoncello -what a treat!And special thanks to Svitlana,who welcomed us warmly and gave us great local tips. A few suggestions: mosquito screens would be a welcome addition,and extra hooks in the bathrooms would help.The nearest good supermarket (Dok) is about a 10-15 min walk-not an issue,but good to know in advance.And one last thing - Ischia is truly the best place to be: stunning beaches, thermal waters, amazing food, and a perfect mix of nature and relaxation. We can not wait to come back!

Giovanna was the perfect host. Friendly, helpful, and very kind. Giovanna's house had every amenity you could think of, and she was a super thoughtful host and provided you with anything you could think of. She is so passionate about Ischia, and gave amazing recommendations. The house is in a great part of Ischia, and is walkable distance to amazing beaches and restaurants. I can't recommend Giovanna and her home enough. Thank you again Giovanna for an amazing stay <3
