In the attic on the right, your cozy empire awaits you. They sleep in 2 separate rooms with two 90x200cm beds and a double bed 180x200cm in one room and in the second room we offer you a 140x200cm double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, as well as a cozy seating area and a TV integrated there. A glass of wine in the evening, a coffee before the start of the day is always possible for you. If you book a breakfast, you can enjoy it here in your own kingdom. You can relax in the natural light bathroom with shower, overlooking the sky and the canopy.

Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Here you will find my apartment on Sidonienstr. 20, 08412 Werdau with 1 bedroom, 2 separate beds. The backyard can be used for smoking. Sheets and towels will be provided. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk and seating in the bedroom, free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. It's an animal-free and non-smoking apartment. Parking is available right in front of the house without reservation.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.
