Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Crno

Katarina and Predrag are extremely friendly, warm and uncomplicated hosts. Although we only booked at 12:30 pm on the same day, we were able to move into the house in the evening in perfect condition The house was very clean and Predrag cleaned the pool every 2 days, always taking care not to disturb our privacy. In case of problems, they were immediately available and took care of them immediately! At the end of our holiday, they invited us to a barbecue, which unfortunately we could not attend, as we had already planned other activities...a week is far too short. Inventory, kitchen appliances all great! Our dog was also welcome. For him, the fenced and large property and also the adjacent field paths to the walkway were wonderful!

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Very nice place to stay! Darya was really helpful and responsive giving us great local recommendations! Loved the tip about using the barkika boat to access the old town much quicker. Also loved going to have a coffee at Marex by the water. Highly recommend staying here while visiting Zadar!

Communication with Sandra was perfect, within minutes. The host couple was very friendly. The apartment was cozy, clean and the balcony was equipped with a table and 2 chairs. Fast WiFi and storage for our rented bikes was also available. Bakery and supermarkets were in the immediate vicinity. The beach was within walking distance as well as a nice cafe, where the sunset could be celebrated. We enjoyed the 2 weeks very much.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. What we especially liked was being in a real neighborhood among locals, which gave us a glimpse into everyday life and local customs. There were several supermarkets nearby we usually went to Lidl and Kaufland. Having a parking spot right in front of the garden was very convenient. A real highlight was the garden with the turtles, who happily accepted pieces of cucumber or zucchini our son was absolutely thrilled! The neighbor’s cat also stopped by from time to time, which was always a nice surprise. The apartment itself was simple, clean, and had everything we needed for a stay. We had a lovely time.

All around, we were very satisfied with our stay in Zadar. Kruno was very accommodating and spontaneously allowed us to check in earlier. The communication was excellent and the tips about the area were very helpful. The apartment is small, but has everything you need for two people. The location is very central so that you can reach restaurants, shops and also the promenade on foot. Nevertheless, there are good parking facilities. My partner and I would book the apartment again.

The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. The terrace is a great spot for relaxing, with a large sun umbrella for when it gets too hot. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk from all that Zadar has to offer. Ivan was always very quick to respond to any questions we had, both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend Ivan’s place for a holiday.

We particularly liked the use of the bicycles, that coffee and other useful things and snacks were available as well as the quiet location (especially for the night) and the view of the garden from the small very cozy terrace.

Very cozy and spacious accommodation with a beautiful view

Darijo sent us a message in advance telling us how exactly the check-in would work. Everything went easy, he's super responsive and the place was perfectly clean when we arrived. Several instructions can be found in the apartment making it very easy to connect to the wifi, use the appliances and find stuff nearby. All in all Darijo is a great host that thought everything through and the place is nice!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.
