In a few minutes, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, Zingaro Reserve, Segesta, and Castellammare del Golfo can be reached for suggestive excursions. In about thirty minutes by car, you can also reach the Stagnone of Marsala, a place of excellence for kitesurfing.

Guests have an entire floor with a separate entrance consisting of: living room with fireplace and panoramic veranda, kitchenette, 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with covered veranda and possibility of an extra bed, bathroom with shower, garden and barbecue area. The second bedroom is made available starting from 3 people (see house rules)

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
