The house was an old farmhouse shelter and has been renovated with extreme attention to detail in tuff and Balata stone. It is a place for lovers of relaxation, nature and privacy. Outside, the garden has a sea view over the entire bay and is terraced with ancient Balata stone and mosaics and a stone bench and Sicilian ceramics.

Strategically located between Trapani and S. Vito Lo Capo, surrounded by greenery but 2 km from the village and all services. Guests have an entire floor with a separate entrance consisting of: living room with fireplace and panoramic veranda, kitchenette, 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with covered veranda and possibility of an extra bed, bathroom with shower, garden and barbecue area. Entering through the large glass door, you will be welcomed by a bright living room furnished with a table, chairs, TV, and sofa bed. From there, you can access the kitchen, equipped with appliances and dishes. The house has a nice bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning.
