Nice renovated house in the village of Dreffeac

Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located on the first floor of our house. It is totally private for you and we have set up a garden with terrace and fenced garden. If you like nature walks, whether on foot or by mountain bike, while being less than 20 minutes from the beaches (St Nazaire, La Baule, Pornichet...) and 35 minutes from Nantes by car. Small Breton farmhouse in the middle of the Breton countryside. You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay, our gîte is very well equipped. The cottage is located in the middle of nature within a very pleasant estate of nearly 120 hectares to walk and enjoy the calm. The cottage has a garden with private terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Pets welcome (unfenced garden). Self check-in from 4 p.m.

Petit+ : baignoire pour se rafraîchir au bord de la fenêtre donnant sur le jardin ! Jardin (entièrement clos) idéal pour une sieste ou un repas sous le grand arbre. + vélos en sécurité. Ma maison donne sur le jardin mais il vous est réservé.
