Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic residential building from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & has been very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay paints. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another, hand-painted, approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered on the 2nd floor.

On the 2nd floor, there is a kitchen with a large dining table and a floating sleeping bunk. Upstairs in the attic, there's a cozy lounge area with a large couch, a TV, Bluetooth sound, and a mirror ball—perfect for special evenings.

Located directly on the edge of the famous mill valley, it offers relaxation and tranquility, enjoys the view or use the time for a forest walk. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to take a smoking break in the courtyard. Parking is available either on the premises itself or on the private parking lot 50 m away.
