We offer you a beautiful cottage in complete privacy surrounded by nature. The cottage is located in Malé Kyšice with a large garden, a stream lining the garden and a sauna. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor where there is a spacious double bed. There is also a living room and a dining room. One person can sleep on the leather sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a large fridge with a freezer. On the upper floor, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The apartment is located in a modern family house overlooking the Sázava River. The distance to Prague is 30 minutes by car or 50 minutes by train to the very center of Prague. The house is air-conditioned, with window blinds. I offer a private wellness stay with an outdoor Finnish sauna, whirlpool, fitness, the possibility of radiofrequency procedures and lymphatic massage machines / wellness services are not included in the price of accommodation/.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

The cottage is located in a quiet and peaceful settlement that will enchant you with beautiful nature. Mornings full of sunshine here are unique, you will love them. It's the perfect place for a break from civilization and everyday stress, by the fireplace or in the sauna, or you can just relax on the terrace, listen to the birds singing, and watch the stars right from bed at night. The house is perfectly equipped, giving you maximum comfort and convenience. Sauna for an additional fee of 150 CZK/h.
