Great spot to stay, easy to get to and from LAX. Very quiet and peaceful and excellently appointed. We loved the hot tub and private garden space. Franco and Iris were very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at the guest house was outstanding and our hosts, Paul & Candice were excellent hosts. We really appreciated the detailed instructions for gaining access to the property and a book full of instructions for how everything worked. The guest house was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped for all of our needs. The location was perfect with Larchmont Village being a block away. Being dog lovers, our daily visit from their dog, Sophia, was something we looked forward to. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Spent a long weekend staying with Marla and Scott. The house is in a super peaceful neighborhood, well situated for Culver City and easy to hit the freeway to explore the rest of the city by car. M&S are gracious hosts and the studio well looked after and supplied! Would stay again!

Such a lovely cottage with beautiful landscaping. Easy to get in and out. Quiet. Michael was a great host and welcomed us when we arrived. The welcome sign was a special touch!

We love Norma's guest house. It is very nice and clean. Also, you feel very welcomed when you arrive and the place is pretty safe in LA. The surrounding area is amazing, lots of food and shopping areas. We feel home during our stay. Norma is so friendly and nice. She gives us lots of tips on shopping and restaurants! We will definitely come back again in the future!! Highly recommend place!

My friend and I had a great stay in LA. The Airbnb was in a great location which felt safe and was walking distance of a bus route that took us into LA or down to Venice Beach. The place was clean and supplied with everything: kitchen essentials, hair and body wash, and extra towels and blankets. The host was very responsive and always warned us ahead of time if he was going to be in the garden at all. The dog was lovely too! Thank you!

What a beautiful, restful, spacious guest house Maureen & her husband have created! Lovely amenities, lovely bathroom, very comfortable bed!!!! We slept so well!!! The instructions were detailed and helpful, and we felt right at home, coming and going as needed. We highly recommend!!!!

Comfortable stay. Kids loved the enclosed outside patio. Don't expect to make a 3-course meal here, as it only has an induction stove and 1 pot, but it will do the basics. Beds were comfortable, and I didn't notice any noise especially with the A/C units running. A couple wobbly chairs and a wobbly desk, and the rooms could use blackout curtains, but otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Lauren was truly the best host I've ever had through Airbnb. Her home was not only more beautiful than the pictures, but also incredibly well-maintained and welcoming. Among all the places I've stayed, this was by far the best. What made the experience even more special was the thoughtful snacks she had prepared for us 🥹 such a kind and generous gesture that made us feel right at home. Thanks to Lauren, our trip started off perfectly. I’m so grateful for this unforgettable experience!

I must say that this place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! I would ever go as far as to say the pictures doesn’t do it justice. It was an absolute beauty, with a huge hot tub deck complete with a covered outside bar with a grill and room for 10+ guests. The guest itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is even a washer and dryer inside the unit. I would most definitely recommend staying here and will be booking a stay here again. Thank you Tracy for your near-immediate responses, welcoming hospitality, and quaint accommodations!

Jennifer’s place was a great stay, central to a lot of activities and 15 minutes away from the beach which is a huge plus. Cozy and roomy with great water pressure! And of course a great host, will be booking again in the future and highly recommend to other!

I had a wonderful stay at Ed’s place. Ed was a great host and quick to respond. The unit is just as described and very comfortable and clean. The location is fantastic and felt very safe. It’s close to many restaurants, shops and of course, the beach! I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the apartment! It’s in a beautiful and very clean neighborhood where we felt completely safe at all times. Parking was super easy, right in front of the door. The host was incredibly kind and always responded quickly. Check-in and check-out were smooth and totally uncomplicated. The apartment had everything we needed – we felt right at home. We stayed at Guadalupe’s place for 10 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished, and tucked away just enough to provide a peaceful escape from the busy pace of Los Angeles. In our opinion, the location was ideal—quiet and safe, yet conveniently situated for getting anywhere we needed to go. Guadalupe and her co-hosts were communicative, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again on our next trip to LA.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I love being in El Segundo when I am in the area for work projects, its very centrally located and then has everything else you could need and want in a wonderful walkable area.

I only stayed a couple days and it was a great location for my training . One morning I walked to Venice Beach which took about a half an hour. There were great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. overall great stay.

Rit and Jennifer were absolutely incredible hosts and the property is amazing - clean, functional and 10 minutes from the beach. Will definitely return if we're ever back in the area!

This was easily one my best Airbnb experiences in recent years. It was a perfect spot for a solo traveler looking for a quiet space and neighborhood that is also not far away from what LA has to offer. Will was very communicative, accessible and accommodating. I would highly recommend this spot and I would stay again!
