We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Please note due to the open floor plan, access from the second bedroom to the bathroom is through the main area where the king bed is located. There is a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed also. Both of the areas overlook the historic downtown square.

Spend time here fishing in the river right outside your door, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 3 minutes away or taking a short drive into Knoxville for an iconic UT football game. If that doesn't fill your vacation with plenty to do, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only a short drive away.
