5 Stars - An Unforgettable Stay! I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Andrew and Rachel’s 1-bedroom Airbnb and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully curated to create a perfect home-away-from-home experience. The space itself was immaculate, stylish, and cozy. The tasteful decor exuded modern charm while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere. I immediately felt at ease the moment I stepped inside. The bed was incredibly comfortable—seriously, I’ve never slept so soundly in an Airbnb! And the bathroom? It felt like a spa retreat with plush towels and high-end toiletries that made me feel pampered every day. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible hospitality from Andrew and Rachel. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed! Thank you so much and I cannot wait to stay again!

I didn't want to leave! I was so at peace there! Esther and Tammy were so amazing and the dogs and cats were so friendly too. Esther went above and beyond with her homemade Italian food. I'm a very picky eater but I ate Everthing she made, and wanted more! my favorite part (besides the amazing food) was the private salt water hot tub while looking at the stars and listening to the crickets. We can't wait to go back soon!

Great visit. Clean and quiet. I had a question fairly late in the evening and received an answer within a minute or so, very responsive.

Since we weren't staying for long, it was perfect for our weekend getaway. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect for where we wanted to go. If you're staying for a short time, I highly recommend.

This is a quiet, peaceful setting and a very cozy little cabin, with enough space and comfort for two. The location was perfect for our plans to visit with friends and family in the area. Although close to the host's home, it faces woods and a stream, making it feel more remote. A very enjoyable stay!

Perfect location for Dragon goers. A great split between remote and still close to town. Unit is well equipped for a multiple day stay. The car port was great for keeping my car covered and a good flat surface. Hosts are super friendly and respectful.

Great little place to stay for a couple looking to get away for the weekend! Very clean, very beautiful, nice shower, and the outside area is super cool. We will book again!

Set in the back of the yard, this peaceful little apartment loft was cozy, comfortable and quiet . The location was perfect, with a park nearby and 12 South shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. Lori has taken care to provide all of the amenities anyone could ask for including a French press, which delighted my husband! The bed was extremely comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The stairs were well lit and the loft was decorated with comfortable chairs, a gorgeous plant and fun, whimsical notes. Everything was spotless and the a/c unit was easy to use. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely plan on staying there again!

There’s only a handful of houses in the world that can say “we are one block from the Square in Franklin”. This is one of them. Liz’s place is not only perfect location wise, it’s perfect in every other way too. Clean, fantastic amenities, immaculate. I could go on and on, but I’ll spare you. It speaks for itself.

A wonderful place to slip off to, to retreat from the rush, enjoy some quiet solitude while watching from the private deck either the sunrise or the sunset light with a steaming cup of coffee…exactly what we needed. Jenna was a delight to communicate with, making our stay wonderfully memorable with no awkward surprises. Thank you, Jenna!

Stephen and Beth were great hosts. We were in Knoxville for a couple of days before heading to Highlands, NC for a wedding and it was a great stop to experience Knoxville. Super close to everything. We would definitely stay again!

This cottage is an absolute gem. It’s so lovely and relaxing - extremely quiet and the garden is gorgeous. Perfect for one or two, the place is well equipped and the bed was so comfortable!! I stayed for 10 days and hated to leave. William was incredibly communicative and his response time for questions for so quick. A great experience all around and I look forward to my next trip!

This was exactly what the pictures looked like. It was clean and cozy. Very quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Knoxville and not a bad drive to Pigeon Forge. Hosts were very communicative on the ant problem they were dealing with. That did not hinder or dampen our experience whatsoever. If I could rate this 10 stars I would.

Colin was such a great host. He gave us so many great recommendations, as if we had our very own travel agent. The home was in a perfect location, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and Broadway, but close and walkable to some great, low key finds for music, drinks and fabulous food. we highly recommend this stay!

We loved our stay here! It was such a quiet place, but so close to Broadway. Lyft was easily accessible, and we would love to come back!

our stay was so much better than expected. The guesthouse was very clean and beautiful. The campsite to the side was a very cool addition. we had fun roasting smores and talking by the campfire. The hot tub was a surreal. I did not want to leave it 😂 the bed was extremely comfy. way better than my own lol I definitely will come again. 10/10

This is easily the best AirBnB we’ve stayed in. Every single detail was thought through to make the experience inviting and warm. With every turn, I discovered something else charming! Location can’t be beat for walkability. We brought our son and Bethany left out a surprise just for him. Parking was super easy. Will definitely stay again.

Kyle and Renay's home was lovely and had all the comforts of home. It was located close to a number of things to do and see. Kyle and Renay were very easy to contact with questions and gave us very helpful information on how to navigate the city. We would definitely seek "The Birdhouse" out again when in Nashville!

We have stayed here several times when visiting family. Elaine and her husband are so friendly and welcoming! We love the peacefulness of the surrounding area. The home is always comfortable and has everything you need.

We had a great stay! The place was super cute, very clean, and felt incredibly cozy. The AC worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver during the hot weather. It’s in a safe area and conveniently located near everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
