Your private deck has comfortable seating & a hot tub provided for your comfort. A Blackstone gas griddle is yours to use. A firepit with wood is provided! *Hosts do live upstairs, but the suite is sound insulated and noise from below has never been heard.

This quaint little home is settled perfectly in the sweet town of Goodlettsville,TN. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet, yet convenient to so much! A fantastic park with a lighted trail is only one block away or stroll down main street for local shops. Get the small town, country feel, while having close access to all things Nashville! We are located nearly 2 mi from the interstate(65), 12mi to Downtown Nashville, 20mi to BNA(airport), less than 10mi to Hendersonville and Whites Creek!

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance. LGBTQIA friendly.
