Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Perfect view on the most beautiful beach

We had a wonderful stay here. We were very impressed with the thoughtful design touches and the interior of the villa. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Pilar was really helpful and responsive as a host. We would love to return!

We were 4 couples with small children aged 0-2 years. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were looking out for us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

A lovely place high up the mountain with a view onto Javea Valley. Adam and Neil were very helpful - also guiding us to the location itself. Recommended place to stay for Javea.

The place is just like the pictures. It is located in the mountains and is super quiet, plus the views are beautiful and it is a perfect place if you are looking to relax and unwind. Victor was a wonderful host and was available all the time. He recommended a lot of places and was very attentive. In short, it is an accommodation that I would definitely recommend to all those who are looking for a quiet vacation but with the option of making interesting plans such as visiting coves or villages.

Perfect house for 6 people, very spacious, a beautiful and well-kept garden along with a super well-located pool with sun all day, practical and clean kitchen, it has a dining room and a living room to watch TV, all the rooms had fans and you slept comfortably. Quiet neighborhood, you can breathe peace. We loved staying there, the host was very nice and adapted very well to our schedules, and they also lent us a travel crib for our baby. I definitely recommend this charming house.

We absolutely loved our stay at La cometa , Karine was a super host extremely responsive , we had no issues at all , everything was very clear and Karine checked all was ok which it was. Area we know very well , it’s a fabulous location with lots of culinary options , bars , lovely shops , supermarkets etc . The villa was very clean , a lovely large pool , views from allover the villa . Roof terrace beautiful, bbq area perfect thouroughly enjoyed the outside kitchen . Boules area and pool toys , very equipt for young children , ours are grown up teenagers and they enjoyed it . Garden and plants gorgeous has a lovely feel . Pool man comes twice a week no issue for us , we were home each time , he is very pleasant . We didn’t really watch tv as it was super hot July and no need for it , spent most of the two weeks in the pool allday ! . We would definitely book the villa again lovely lovely find! The apartment is perfect for a beach break. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the detail of the hairdryer with diffuser, bathroom products and detergent available to use the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, they have always been attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super nearby playita also that you can take a route through the villages in the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful villa with us! We were a family of 7, aged between 17 and 76! Your home couldn’t have been more perfect for our getaway. Everything was immaculate – both inside and out – and we instantly felt relaxed and at home. The layout and amenities were ideal for a mixed-age group, with plenty of space to come together or unwind in peace. The pool area was a real highlight – the perfect size, with sun all day and those breathtaking views over the sea and Calpe’s Peñón de Ifac. We spent countless hours just enjoying the scenery with meals and drinks outdoors. We really appreciated how close the villa is to supermarkets and beaches – just a short drive away – and having two cars was very helpful. The electric gates and ample parking made everything super convenient and secure. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your villa to others! Thanks again.

Fantastic apartment with an amazing social lounge/kitchen. Within walking distance of the port and arenal. The apartment has everything you need and more. Kenny was super helpful and when we had an issue and Kenny responded to my message in minutes and fixed the issue straight away. We will definitely be going back next year .

Beautiful villa, exactly like the pictures! We had a wonderful family holiday, the space is great and all had a fab time enjoying the outdoor kitchen and pool.

I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

The photos don't do it justice, it's a very spacious apartment with spectacular views. It also feels a lot of privacy. When you arrive, you find that you have everything in place, it's like being at home, you don't need to bring almost anything. For us, the most important thing is the cleanliness and this apartment met our expectations, we felt very comfortable since we arrived. Cathy is always attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. We would come back without thinking!

Beautiful property for a relaxing break. The house has everything you need and is beautifully designed. The outdoor terrace has such a nice feel to it, perfect space to enjoy breakfast or dinner and wine in the evening. Gata the cat is my far the best welcome committee.

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. The whole area is very calm and modern with friendly residents. With car just 15-30 min drive to neighbouring towns where great restaurants/cafes are available. Supermarkets are also very close. The view of the balcony is the most beautiful thing and the apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need! Definitely worth a visit!

Perfect location with direct sea view from the balcony. Everything in Moreira is within walking distance. Parking nearby, at least during my stay, was not a problem. Practical, but simple furnishings.

We have had the most amazing week, the apartment was fabulous, balcony was huge with somewhere to sit and also dine alfresco, overlooking the beach, couldn’t have asked for more

Vincent was an amazing host and very informative. The location of the property is incredible, and the balcony overlooks the promenade with great views of the sea and harbour, and just a short walk to restaurants and shops, but extremely peaceful and comfortable

I really enjoyed staying in Joanna’s delightful house. It made a fantastic base for my cycling trip. One day there was extremely heavy rain leading to some localised flooding and Joanna was incredibly responsive, helping me deal with the issue very quickly. Xalo is a delightful town and I really enjoyed staying in such a central location.
