This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Estuvimos un fin de semana en el alojamiento de Pilar. Simplemente espectacular... La casa es una autentica maravilla y te hace sentir como en casa. Está muy bien equipada, aunque si que es cierto que no dispone de lavavajillas. Pero como realmente comiamos y cenabamos fuera de casa, no lo echamos en falta. La casa está decorada con un gusto excelente... Sin ningun tipo de duda, la recomiendo para ir con amigos o en familia. Ademas, un gran detalle dejar jabon de ducha y champú ennlos dos baños. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina y de la terraza, con sus grandes vistas al mar. La comunicación con Pilar, excelente y rápida.

Fuimos 4 parejas con niños pequeños de 0-2 años. Todas las habitaciones estaban bien acondicionadas y nos sentimos muy acogidos. Ademas Anne fue muy atenta y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. repetiriamos sin duda.

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

Das Haus ist bezaubernd! mit schöne Aussicht, wir konnten unser Aufenthalt vollumfänglich geniessen. Neil und Adam waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

El alojamiento es igual que en las fotos. Está ubicado en las montañas y es súper tranquilo, además las vistas son preciosas y es un sitio perfecto si lo que buscas es relajarte y desconectar. Víctor ha sido un anfitrión maravilloso y ha estado todo el tiempo disponible, nos ha recomendado un montón de sitio y ha sido muy atento. En definitiva, es un alojamiento que recomendaría sin dudas a todos aquellos que busquen unas vacaciones tranquilas pero con la opción de hacer planes interesantes como visitar calas o pueblos.

We hebben een leuke en goede vakantie gehad met 2 gezinnen met 4 kinderen.

Nos hemos alojado tres matrimonios, con niños pequeños y todo genial. Los espacios comunes e individuales perfectos, así como la amplitud del jardín, la piscina climatizada da mucho juego, aunque en Semana Santa, los 26 grados se quedan cortos, habría que subirla un poquito. La limpieza ideal y la Villa dispone dispone de todo lo necesario en cuanto a enseres de hogar y electrodomésticos. Lo único que mejoraria es el mobiliario, ya que tanto los sofás como los colchones de matrimonio están bastante desgastados y se hunden y para nosotros el descanso es muy importante. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten in der Wohnung von Raul in Xàbia. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war völlig unkompliziert – wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir den schönen Balkon, der dank ausreichend Schatten auch an warmen Tagen ein angenehmer Rückzugsort war. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die beiden Liegestühle, die man bequem mit zum Pool nehmen konnte – eine tolle Ergänzung! Xàbia selbst hat uns absolut begeistert: Der Sandstrand ist traumhaft schön, das Wasser glasklar, und die Strandpromenade bietet viele tolle Lokale mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Im Juni war der Ort angenehm ruhig und überhaupt nicht überlaufen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Raul für die schöne Zeit!

Casa perfecta para 6 personas, muy espaciosa, un jardín precioso y bien cuidado junto con una piscina super bien ubicada con sol todo el día, cocina práctica y limpia, cuenta con comedor y una salita para ver la tele, todas las habitaciones tenían ventiladores y se dormía agusto. Urb tranquila, se respira paz. Nos ha encantado la estancia allí, la anfitriona muy simpática y se adaptó muy bien a nuestros horarios, además nos prestaron una cuna de viaje para nuestro bebé. Recomiendo sin duda esta casa con tanto encanto.

Un lugar perfecto para desconectar. La tranquilidad es total, sin ruidos, solo el de la naturaleza y los pájaros. Estos dos días hemos descansado como nunca, nos hemos relajado. Además, la decoración es maravillosa, todo está cuidado al detalle, creando un ambiente muy acogedor y bonito. ¡Nos ha encantado!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful villa with us! We were a family of 7, aged between 17 and 76! Your home couldn’t have been more perfect for our getaway. Everything was immaculate – both inside and out – and we instantly felt relaxed and at home. The layout and amenities were ideal for a mixed-age group, with plenty of space to come together or unwind in peace. The pool area was a real highlight – the perfect size, with sun all day and those breathtaking views over the sea and Calpe’s Peñón de Ifac. We spent countless hours just enjoying the scenery with meals and drinks outdoors. We really appreciated how close the villa is to supermarkets and beaches – just a short drive away – and having two cars was very helpful. The electric gates and ample parking made everything super convenient and secure. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your villa to others! Thanks again.

Fantastic apartment with an amazing social lounge/kitchen. Within walking distance of the port and arenal. The apartment has everything you need and more. Kenny was super helpful and when we had an issue and Kenny responded to my message in minutes and fixed the issue straight away. We will definitely be going back next year .

Beautiful villa, exactly like the pictures! We had a wonderful family holiday, the space is great and all had a fab time enjoying the outdoor kitchen and pool.

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at La cometa , Karine was a super host extremely responsive , we had no issues at all , everything was very clear and Karine checked all was ok which it was. Area we know very well , it’s a fabulous location with lots of culinary options , bars , lovely shops , supermarkets etc . The villa was very clean , a lovely large pool , views from allover the villa . Roof terrace beautiful, bbq area perfect thouroughly enjoyed the outside kitchen . Boules area and pool toys , very equipt for young children , ours are grown up teenagers and they enjoyed it . Garden and plants gorgeous has a lovely feel . Pool man comes twice a week no issue for us , we were home each time , he is very pleasant . We didn’t really watch tv as it was super hot July and no need for it , spent most of the two weeks in the pool allday ! . We would definitely book the villa again lovely lovely find! Las fotos no le hacen justicia, es un apartamento muy espacioso y con unas vistas espectaculares. Además se siente mucha privacidad. Al llegar, te encuentras con que tienes de todo en el lugar, es como estar en casa, no hace falta llevar casi nada. Para nosotros lo más importante es la limpieza y este apartamento cumplió con nuestras expectativas, nos sentimos muy cómodos desde que llegamos. Cathy siempre está atenta y responde rápidamente a cualquier consulta. Volveríamos sin pensarlo!

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. The whole area is very calm and modern with friendly residents. With car just 15-30 min drive to neighbouring towns where great restaurants/cafes are available. Supermarkets are also very close. The view of the balcony is the most beautiful thing and the apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need! Definitely worth a visit!

Perfekte Lage mit direktem Blick aufs Meer, vom Balkon aus. Alles in Moreira ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Parken in der Nähe, zumindest zu meiner Zeit des Aufenthalts unproblematisch. Ausstattung praktisch, aber einfach.

Todo ha sido muy fácil con la anfitriona, buena comunicación y buen recibimiento. La casa es preciosa, totalmente reformada, con muy buen gusto y totalmente equipada y limpieza impecable. Posee una gran terraza con comedor y zona de sofás con vistas inmejorables al mar. Además fue muy flexible en la salida por lo que disfrutamos tb del último día. Repetiríamos sin lugar a dudas

Vincent was an amazing host and very informative. The location of the property is incredible, and the balcony overlooks the promenade with great views of the sea and harbour, and just a short walk to restaurants and shops, but extremely peaceful and comfortable
