Excellent stay! Would highly recommend to anyone coming to visit.

Very nice apartment, set in the context of a residence but very independent, wonderful terrace with sea view equipped with pergola and table with lounge chairs and chairs and outdoor kitchen. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, outdoor shower in the common area of the residence that can be used freely. The spaces were well cared for, the host was very helpful and treated us really well. Beautiful stay!

The view is really beautiful from the nice garden. It is blissful to bbq'and while you enjoy the sunset. Everything is available in the house. The welcome is warm and the communication with Aurelia and Antonio went smoothly despite the language barrier.

It was in an amazing location, view was beautiful. They were very responsive in helping us change a light fixture and bring us extra towels. Thank you!!

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Nothing to say about the accommodation. Compatible with the price and descriptions. Condominium structure a little abandoned, but equipped with a very kind and helpful caretaker. Clean, perfect apartment, equipped with all comforts. The problem arose with a very large leak from the apartment upstairs, obviously not attributable to the host, making it impossible to continue the stay. Antonio, at his own expense, immediately found us another solution, far superior in quality and services. Fantastic, available, hospitable, always attentive to our needs. We discovered a wonderful person who, even in discomfort, did everything possible, and even the impossible, to guarantee us a fantastic stay. I recommend both the host and the property in question, despite the critical issues of the context, but for the price and services it is excellent.

Excellent apartment for two people with everything you need for your stay, close to the wonderful Riaci beach. Domenico has been an excellent host.

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

We had a peaceful and enjoyable family time at this place. The accommodation is exactly as described and has hosted us very comfortably (4 people). The beautiful terrace with sea views and the private beach in the immediate vicinity guarantee to make the most of a privileged geographical location and one of the most beautiful coastline in all of Calabria. Lucia was a perfect and considerate host: responsive, cordial, accommodating and providing advice to ensure a successful stay. It was a very nice way to close our summer vacation and an experience that we will be delighted to repeat in the future.

My friend and I arrived by train, and Vittoria picked us up in the car and took us straight to the house. The house matched Vittoria's descriptions and we had a great time. Vittoria is very kind and helpful, she welcomed us in a friendly way and was always available for anything. He also gave us various tips on where and what to visit and even advised us to rent a scooter for getting around, as the area is quite hilly and not flat. We were close to the sea and the beaches were just a short scooter ride away. Impeccable view from the house, you are surrounded by nature. There is also a swimming pool and a bar. It was really fantastic, Vittoria really welcomed us as if we were at home. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in Ricadi.

Overall this place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views and and amazing outdoor area that we took full advantage of, including the relaxing outdoor shower. Private parking and a quick drive to anywhere you needed to get to. I would highly recommend staying here 10/10

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

Great Family Family Family Living My group of friends and I loved the place offered by Mike and Nerissa. The cottage has all the necessary comforts for short and long-term stays. The highlights of the property are definitely the sea view, the outdoor garden for outdoor meals, and the proximity to the free beach. Highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful 13 days staying at Max’s lovely villa which had everything that we needed. We did a lot of travelling around in the daytime so was lovely to come back and cook a meal in the evening and then relax and have a bottle of local wine Max was very helpful the one small problem we did have was sorted out within a hour The property is in a nice isolated area in excellent condition with nice grounds and swimming pool and Max couldn’t do enough for you, The only downside which was nothing to do with Max was the barking dogs nearby. Both myself and my wife would highly recommend this property

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

Our balcony had one of the best sea views we have ever had. Absolutely stunning. We went mid October and the weather was fabulous. Fantastic snorkelling in front of the villa in crystal clear calm waters. Tough walk if you want to go by foot to the nearest bar but we had a car so it wasn't a problem. Local firm are happy to collect you from the barrier and take you to Pizzo in a Tuk Tuk (great fun) which cost 5 euros each. Villa and surrounding area felt very safe and secure. The apartment is perfect for a vacation! - and the terrace is the best place for evening conversations! The view is amazing! The area is quiet, everything is close! Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

Wow what can I say Amantea was beautiful. Carolina was a great host always responsive and even came over to help us connect to the Wifi. for some reason it wasn't connecting. We were visiting friends from Lago and they were impressed with the place as well. Easy to get to from Lamezia with easy access parking. Carolina also made us all feel at home. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting this region of Italy.

The place is perfectly matched to the photos and description. Completely renovated. Mr. Donatella welcomed us in person by explaining the apartment and explaining the operation of the appliances. To every clarifying message I wrote, she gave me punctual and precise responses. The fixtures are of good quality making it quiet. Highly recommended.

We have now stayed in Uldrich's apartment for the second time. As with our first stay 3 years ago, the place was very clean and perfectly equipped! Uldrich responds exceptionally quickly to questions and is very helpful. Unfortunately, we only had time for two nights, but we enjoyed this time very much and recovered perfectly. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again!

We stayed in this fantastic apartment for two days. We had a great time, very clean apartment, equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, washing machine, large bathroom, iron). Apartment not very large but with an excellent terrace, well-equipped kitchen area and equipped with everything you need for breakfast and lunch. Very convenient parking and the sea is just a stone's throw away. Great experience.

Adriano's apartment is already overwhelmed by its location: views of the isola madre from the bedroom, beautiful terrace overlooking the end of the two beaches, beautiful sunsets...Sometimes we had to tear ourselves away to go to the town or to the beach. In the apartment we had everything we needed. Adriano was super nice: since our train was delayed, he picked us up directly at the station and carried me down the heavy suitcase to the apartment. Otherwise, I received an immediate response if I had any questions and he booked the taxi for us. We highly recommend the apartment and Adriano's kindness!
