Si vienes a Tropea y quieres vivir una experiencia mediterránea única tienes que venir a esta Villa Italiana de características de lujo moderno y cómodo! Es como estar dentro de una revista El Mueble o Para Ti! También semeja estar en un barco ya que te ves rodeado de mar por todos lados. Los detalles de la casa son de altísima calidad. Todas las comodidades que te puedas imaginar. Debora y María un encanto. Zambrone el pueblito ideal para conocer la zona. Fue lo mejor de nuestro viaje al sur de Italia.

Raffaele è sempre stato disponibile con riservatezza, mi ha sempre scritto se avevo bisogno di qualcosa, la casa è stata ristrutturata di recente,era pulita e curata, mi ha fatto trovare prodotti per colazione, caffè e aperitivo e altre cose utili per il soggiorno, è molto spaziosa e gode di una vista splendida del mare e del Golfo di Catanzaro Lido, mi ha dato molti consigli sui luoghi e dove poter mangiare cose ottime, il posto inoltre è molto tranquillo e silenzioso e non ci sono problemi per il parcheggio.... sicuramente lo terrò molto in considerazione se dovessi tornare...consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Schöner und ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet – alles, was man braucht, ist da. Der Strand ist etwas weiter entfernt als erwartet, aber mit dem Auto problemlos erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo fantastico appartamento per due giorni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, appartamento molto pulito, provvisto di tutti i confort (climatizzatore, lavatrice, ampio bagno, ferro da stiro). Appartamento non grandissimo ma con ottimo terrazzino, zona cucina ben attrezzata e provvista di tutto l'occorrente per colazione e pranzo. Parcheggio molto comodo e il mare a due passi. Ottima esperienza.

Una vera gemma! Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto. L’alloggio è curato nei minimi dettagli, dotato di ogni comfort e comodità possibile, con spazi eleganti e accoglienti. La sensazione è quella di essere in un posto esclusivo, pensato per farti sentire a casa… ma con qualcosa in più. L’host è stato eccezionale: disponibilissimo, flessibile con gli orari e soprattutto proattivo nel fornirci suggerimenti su attività, escursioni, ristoranti e servizi sia all’interno della struttura che nei dintorni. Tutto è stato reso ancora più piacevole dalla sua gentilezza e attenzione. Un’esperienza davvero sopra le aspettative. Tornerò sicuramente!

Wärmste Empfehlung für Danilos Unterkunft! Die Wohnung liegt in einem charmanten Dorf, etwa 15 Minuten von den Stränden entfernt. Besonders praktisch: Eine hervorragende Trattoria befindet sich direkt im Ort und ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Danilo war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr flexibel beim Check-In und hat uns persönlich empfangen – ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber!

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house!
