Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. The house is nearly at the end of the road and is unusually peaceful and authentic. Walk out the front door to hiking trails or enjoy great mountain or e-biking. Downhill and cross-country skiing are easily accessible, along with a store and restaurants. Balcony and garden seating, convenient laundry room, and a private study.

The self-sufficient 3.5-room vacation home with annex Tegia Cugagna is located at 1,550 meters above sea level above the village of Rueun (Surselva GR). It offers everything you need for a short or longer stay in the mountains.​ Enjoy the tranquility amidst the wonderful mountains of the Surselva, the fresh mountain air and the wonderful nature. New: with heated bathtub (hot pot/pool) in the outdoor area. Note: In winter, it can only be reached on foot from Siat (about 1 ½ hours).
