Ich biete eine Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Saalfeld an. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet (außer Salz, Pfeffer und Öl) und hat einen seperaten Zugang. Alles Sehenswerte in Saalfeld kann man zu Fuß erreichen und es gibt eine kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit hinter dem Haus. Gegenüber befindet sich eine weitere (1 Raum) Wohnung die ich auch über Airbnb vermiete. Bei Buchung der Unterkunft für touristische Aktivitäten wird eine Kurtaxe fällig. Der Parkplatz ist Kameraüberwacht.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Ortskern von Fehrenbach und liegt im 1. Obergeschoss eines 1925 errichteten Hauses. Das Wohnzimmer bietet eine bequeme Couch sowie einen 55 Zoll OLED Fernseher mit Netflix und MagentaTV. Im Schlafzimmer findet ihr ein 1,6x2m Bett und von der Küche habt ihr einen schönen Blick auf den Ort. Eine dritte Person findet auf der ausziehbaren Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer Platz. Früherer Check-In und späterer Check-Out nach Absprache möglich.

"Benno the Wagon" - a tiny house on the edge of the forest

"Benno the Car" was originally an old shooting stand, which we converted into a tiny house with a lot of passion and love for detail. In it you can now stay in the middle of nature and still feel at home. On about 16 square meters you have everything you really need to live. Benno stands near a detached cottage outside Kleintettau in the Franconian Forest. On a meadow on the edge of the forest, he says good night to the fox and rabbit and is happy about company!

The construction trailer made of larch wood is ideal for a romantic vacation for two. While lying in the loft bed, you can watch the stars through the large panoramic window or comfortably drink a cup of tea in front of the fireplace. In the small bathroom there is a sink and the compost toilet. In the building for the campers on the premises, you also have the possibility to shower and use a "normal" toilet.

Our property is located in the middle of nature on the outskirts of Dittrichshütte, a village at an altitude of 600 meters. It is very quiet with us as the road is hardly used. The accommodation is a great starting point for hikes and sporty mountain biking or motorcycle tours.
