Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cusano Milanino

Everything was good overall!

It was close to the bus and train station, however far from the city center (30 minutes by train). The check-in by Julia’s mother was very smoth even though she don’t speak English. Lots of snacks, Nespresso coffees pods and toiletries available. As our flight was scheduled for 20:30pm we asked for a late check-out and Julia’s mother was very kind and allowed us to stay a few hours more than the regular check-out. Overall a very nice experience and definitely recommend it. If I ever come back to Milan, I’ll book this again.

The location is really convenient, with two subway stations, one 500-600 meters, the other 800-900 meters.There is also an airport bus stop, about 30 minutes to the airport T2, T1 about 40 minutes, especially suitable for travel. There is a coffee shop nearby with delicious croissants and coffee. The house is in the basement, if you have luggage, you have to move about 10 steps, there is no elevator available, just a reminder.Secondly, the house is very quiet, spacious, and there are cutlery🍴, so you can buy things to cook. Hot water for the bathroom, maybe electric?Because you can't take consecutive baths, it's recommended to wait half an hour after each bath.Otherwise, there won't be enough hot water. Finally, the landlord was contacted quickly, and there was a reply within 5 minutes each time.

We loved our stay in Laura’s apartment. It is in Brera — a lovely neighborhood in Milan that is walkable to everything and also filled with shopping , restaurants and museums. The terrace was a nice bonus for morning coffee or afternoon wine.

Very nice place in Cologno Menzese. Very good communication, location also, next to a lot of cafes, in the city center restaurants. The owner is very helpful and communicative. I spent 10 nights in the apartment, everything was great (there is a washing machine, iron, full kitchen equipment). I am very happy with my stay, when I return to Cologno Menzese I will also want to return to this apartment. Recommended!

Antonio is a great host, he was helpful and responsive anytime I reached out to him no matter what time. There's nothing I can complain about as he was very accommodating and helpful. I will definitely be back!

The place was beautiful, unique, on Lake Como with direct access to the lake. I think it’s the perfect place to relax, sunbath and enjoy the lake. Beautiful table to eat outside. It was also super clean ! We knew there would be stairs, it might have been a little bit more than we expected (80)! But the owner was really nice and offered to help us as I do not travel light ! Highly recommend renting a small car/Vespa as public transport are not reliable and the only Ubers available are the black uber which are more expensive. We had a série 4 bmw to give you an idea, I would say that if your car is much wider than that it will be a little tight to go down the driveway, but doable. The parking itself is huge. There is a portable A/C, we went in June and didn’t need it as the breeze from the lake was enough to keep us cool at night. Owner was also nice enough to let us do part of our wedding photoshoot at her beautiful Villa ! Unique experience, we really loved it !

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

A super clean and very appealing apartment with everything you need to feel good! Excellently equipped and nothing is missing. From spices, dishwasher tabs to cleaning and bath items, everything is available. Super, super and super again. Always happy to come back.😉 Thanks for everything.😉😘

This is a gem and would always go back again, when visiting Lake Como. The rooftop terrace is really outstanding and with a breathtaking view over the lake. Will be back :)

The accommodation is even prettier than in the photos! Quiet, very clean and good location. Carmen was very kind and gave good advice.

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Line and her husband were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. They accommodated special requests and made everything feel easy and flexible. The home is a beautifully designed architectural gem, thoughtfully decorated. It has everything you need and is located in a pleasant residential area. A truly lovely stay!

Our family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient and close to many sightseeing spots, which made getting around easy. The kitchen utensils provided were complete and very useful for our daily needs. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience!

We enjoyed every moment in Milchele’s apartment! Everything was as described, and Michele answered straight away if we were wondering about anything! We will definitely use him again for our next stay in beautiful Milan!

Eddy's apartment is small, but perfect. The building's surroundings are very nice. The bathroom is impeccable: clean and with a very good shower. Eddy answers your questions immediately and in the apartment there is information about nearby restaurants, transportation, etc. It is also close to the Garibaldi station from where you can easily and quickly reach Malpensa airport by train. Everything was amazing. Highly recommended and I would stay there again. A 10.

The accommodation is more than suitable for both a quick visit to the city and a longer stay. Marco, the host, is very attentive to the app and very kind at check-in. You can easily communicate with him in Italian, Spanish or English. The accommodation is in a quiet and "strategic" area if you want to visit several points of the city and want to be "close" to everything by metro or tram.

Very nice apartment, good location, easy to travel across Milan from there by foot. Marzio gave clear Instructions when checking in and was quick to respond to communication. Very happy with the stay for the price.
