The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family housing estate right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed, and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a stream. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest WiFi available!

The kitchen is well equipped and has two induction plates, a small mini oven, coffee machine, toaster, and a smoothie maker

The apartment is located about 2 km from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a dining area. The living room is the center of the approximately 50 sqm apartment. An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Bed linen/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. However, you are also welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per pet.

The apartment is located directly on the Wadden Sea. From the glazed balcony you have an incredibly beautiful view of the ebb and flow of the tide, the island of Neuwerk and the most beautiful sunsets. Sitting here, letting your gaze wander and letting your mind wander is pure deceleration. The beach access is right in front of the apartment. The Wadden Sea invites you to take fascinating walks, including to the island of Neuwerk.

Our natural, over 100-year-old thatched roof house is located between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven at sea level in the UNESCO World Heritage Site North Sea Wadden Sea near typical crab cutter harbors. A very quiet place to rest and relax. This bright apartment near the beach is ideal for 2 people. It has a living room/bedroom with an open kitchen (fully equipped), shower room and south-facing balcony. In the house there is a swimming pool, sauna, fitness, table tennis and washing machine. In the price incl. one car parking space and 2 bicycle parking spaces. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Can also be booked for a small fee.
