The place is located at about 750 m above sea level, which allows you to enjoy the Alpine panorama, especially in nice weather. The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

Silva Nigra Chalet for 4 at the pond

The Hierholzer pond is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, a spawning ground for numerous frogs and a summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony facing the pond provides 65 m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000 m² west slope is sun-drenched. To the south there is an alpine view.

Now available to book during the Christmas market in the Ravenna Gorge! This apartment is located in a Black Forest house, right at the entrance to the Ravenna Gorge in the Höllental near Freiburg. The gallery living room with open kitchen has a fully glazed gable front. You can see the panorama of the Ravenna Viaduct as well as the Black Forest stream flowing below.
