Gratis wifi, spabad, 3 meter från vatten, lugnt och skönt, naturnära, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, terass, egen parkering, dusch och toalett, öppen spis, golvärme och allt är nyrenoverat 2020. Sängkläder och handdukar ska man ta med själv. Städningen ska ske innan man checkar ut och ska vara grundligt gjort tex dammsuga, torka golven, dammtorka badrum och kök. Man lämnar alltså huset i det skick som det var när ni kom. Roddbåt ingår till stugan. You need to clean the house before you leave.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Det består av ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng och ett stort vardagsrum med en våningssäng, köksavdelning och sittgrupp. I badrummet finns toalett, dusch och tvättmaskin. En stor altan vetter mot sjön, med sittplats under en pergola, och gästerna har eget förfogande över hela altanen. Möjlighet finns att låna roddbåt och flytvästar. Handdukar och lakan ingår inte, men finns att hyra för 150kr/set. Städning ingår inte i boendet.

In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. Mitt i naturen, nära till bad, skidåkning upplevelser och äventyr. Nu är spa-avdelningen redo att användas. Priset ingår ej i ordinarie hushyra. Trots att huset ligger i fint och lugnt området är det bara 5 minuter till sjukhuset och 8 minuter till köpcentrum.
