In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik / Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a balcony & views of Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is a jacuzzi outside and sauna down in the bathroom. If you come more than 4 people, there is you can sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the big room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Treat my house with respect.

The house has a large terrace with barbecue, dining area and dartboard. Don't miss a lovely bath in the wood-fired hot tub with room for 5-6 people. Nearby you have paintball, go-kart & ice kart, elk safari, long-distance skates, adventure trail, tennis court, cross-country skis, canoe or kayak rental. Ställbergs Rökeri, where you can buy locally produced rapeseed oil, honey and smoked fish. About 20 minutes away there is a smaller ski resort, Fjällberget. 1 hour to Romme! 10 minutes by car to Djäken's swimming area with sandy beach.

There are many nice things in our area. Not least all the nice Dala villages, fishing in the river, the beautiful mushroom forest, hiking, paddling, biking, etc. Avesta Golf is "our neighbor" and you have the golf course at a convenient distance from the property. In summer, we recommend "Verket" and "Avesta Art" where you can experience the magical mix of history, art and modern technology. Välkommen till vår lägenhet om 3 rum (4+2) I nybyggda Fjällbäcken I Lindvallen Sälen. Området ligger på fridfullt läge med ski in-ski out möjlighet till liften Söderåsen Express med uppvärmda säten och vindskydd. Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Är man fortfarande frusen kan man hoppa in i grillkåten & avnjuta ett bastubad från det vedeldade aggregatet. Ny hösten -25 Ica-butik, bensinstation 2km Närhet till Finngårdar & vandringsleder samt skidåkning både på längden och tvären. Nära till skog ,natur & svamp-plockning

Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse. Med gångavstånd till närmast lift och Experium. Med förtjusande utsikt mot backarna från balkongen på högsta våningen och poolområdet som ligger precis utanför. Under sommaren finns pool och padelanläggning brevid lägenhetshuset. Två sovrum med kombinerat kök och vardagsrum. Bastu för två personer, kamin, torkskåp, privat parkering, wifi och smart TV. Det finns parkering med laddstation för elbil.

The mountain cottage is in a quiet, spacious location and is an ideal place to relax completely and enjoy the surrounding nature. Outside, you will find a large terrace with comfortable furniture and a wood stove, a wonderful lawn and an authentic Scandinavian grill hut with an open fire and warm reindeer skins. A fantastic place to relax, cook and eat. From the cottage you can walk into the woods or to picturesque swimming and fishing lakes. Winter sports in full swing in the winter!

After a gravel road up on a mountain in the heart of the fine forest you will find the tranquility of this gem with everything needed for a wonderful holiday. Here you live with the silence in the middle of nature, right by a lake but with all the amenities you might need. In the immediate area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)
