In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik / Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a balcony & views of Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is a jacuzzi outside and sauna down in the bathroom. If you come more than 4 people, there is you can sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the big room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Treat my house with respect.

The house has a large terrace with barbecue, dining area and dartboard. Don't miss a lovely bath in the wood-fired hot tub with room for 5-6 people. Nearby you have paintball, go-kart & ice kart, elk safari, long-distance skates, adventure trail, tennis court, cross-country skis, canoe or kayak rental. Ställbergs Rökeri, where you can buy locally produced rapeseed oil, honey and smoked fish. About 20 minutes away there is a smaller ski resort, Fjällberget. 1 hour to Romme! 10 minutes by car to Djäken's swimming area with sandy beach.

There are many nice things in our area. Not least all the nice Dala villages, fishing in the river, the beautiful mushroom forest, hiking, paddling, biking, etc. Avesta Golf is "our neighbor" and you have the golf course at a convenient distance from the property. In summer, we recommend "Verket" and "Avesta Art" where you can experience the magical mix of history, art and modern technology. Here you live with the silence in the middle of nature, right by a lake but with all the amenities you might need. In the immediate area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)
