We are renting our beautiful apartment in a newly renovated building in the UNESCO town of Karlovy Vary. It is composed of an open-space kitchen, a bedroom, and a children room. Located in a residential area of the town, it's a 15-minute walk from a mineral water swimming pool Thermal and the center of the town. A children playground is in front of the building and beautiful forests are a short walk away. There is an absolutely no party policy in the apartment - this is a residential building.

Spacious apartment with an absolutely unique location "in the centre of the centre" - at the beginning of the spa colonnade and near Masaryk Street, on which and in its surroundings are many good and affordable restaurants, bars, shops, etc. All rooms have views of Sadová kolonáda (the Park Colonnade) and the Thermal Hotel. Apartmán je velký cca 110 metrů, má dvě hlavní ložnice s manželskými postelemi, pracovnu, kterou lze využít k přespání dalších hostů, dvě koupelny a prostorný obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem.|

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Bewachte Parkmöglichkeit in der Parallelstraße und Einkaufsmöglichkeit ums Eck. Innenstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ruhige Lage. Die nötigsten Utensilien waren vorhanden. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in Petras Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zentrum von Karlsbad war zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Alles war super!

Ubytování bylo přesně podle popisu a odpovídá fotografiím. Vše bylo čisté a hostitel Barbora pohotově reagovala. Koupelna s toaletou je přes společnou chodbu (1 m od bytu) a je vyrhazena pouze pro tento byt (uzamykatelné dveře). Odpovídá popisu a byli jsme na to proaktivně upozorněni předem. Skvělý poměr cena/výkon.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Karlsbad. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr gut. Die Innenstadt und das Thermal sind schnell zu erreichen. Nur die Straße ist manchmal etwas laut.

Stimmungsvolle Wohnung mit stilvoller Gestaltung in bester Lage, nur wenige Schritte von Fußgängerzone und all den berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Tolle Betten, großzügiges Bad, gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Unser Auto hatten wir unkompliziert gegenüber geparkt (gebührenpflichtig). Die Kommunikation mit Romana war perfekt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
