The house is located in the charming community of Dalsjöfors 15 minutes from the center of Borås. Listing plan is completely newly renovated and all beds are brand new. 1 km to a really nice lake where you can swim, fish & grill. Within walking distance (5min) you will find an award-winning tapas restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store and bakery. In the community there are also tennis courts, padel courts, bathhouses, a footpath around the lake with several barbecue areas. In the basement (which has older standards) there is another toilet, a shower and a washing machine.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. The cottage is newly renovated and can be used all year round. In the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a sofa bed with two sleeping places. One bedroom with double bed. All bed linens and towels are included. Smoking and pets are not allowed. On the property, there is a wood-fired sauna with older standards. Access to rowboat shared with the owner, likewise the beach. Quiet and secluded location at Haragården in Alboga, you live on the farm with animals around. We who live on the property have dogs and a cat. The brewhouse is added with modern standards with the old feel preserved. Downstairs: Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa and armchairs, TV and openable windows, toilet and shower. Upstairs: Bedroom with double bed Wifi is available. The pond can be bathed in and next to it, there is a wood-fired sauna, outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Fiskemöjligheter i närheten. Recencion from the first guest: There is a place for sitting in garden. The best for eco tourism: mountain view, eco honey. Walking in the wood and relaxing in sauna. Swedish heritage in the old house. Close to Limmared a, Dalsjöfors and about one hours drive from Ullared.
