House holiday rentals in Dalyan

Location, location, location! If you can find a more beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool closer to the centre of Dalyan then good luck. It was a 10 second walk (not minutes) to the nearest mini market and bar and 5 minutes in either direction would bring you more restaurants and bars than you could ever visit once in a month. You are situated right on the river, the hub of Dalyan and it's many boat trips. The villa is spacious with large screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Video installed if you have a day of poor weather or fancy a night in. The bedrooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds, all with good quality Aircon and all ensuite. Only small consideration would be for the master bedroom to have a fully functioning shower alongside the large fitted bath. Had a fabulous 2 week holiday at villa Mariposa, would highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Hayrettin, ein sehr netter zuvorkommender Mann der stets auf die Minute erreichbar ist egal welche Sache es doch war, immer nachgefragt hat ob alles in Ordnung ist und bei Problemen auch sofort gekommen wäre. Hat alles sehr sauber übergeben und die Lage ist mit dem Auto überall sehr gut zu erreichen und nicht so weit weg. Es ist alles da was man benötigt in der Villa. Immerwieder gerne!

Wir haben 7 wundervolle Nächte in der Villa verbracht und hatten eine rundum erholsame Zeit. Das Haus war sehr sauber, ebenso der Pool – alles wurde regelmäßig gepflegt. Ein großes Dankeschön an Mustafa, der uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und bei Fragen sofort geholfen hat. Man sollte wissen, dass Yesilüzümlü ein eher abgelegener Ort ist – genau richtig für alle, die Ruhe suchen und einfach mal abschalten möchten. Wer doch mal etwas Trubel möchte, ist mit dem Auto oder Taxi in ca. 20 Minuten im Zentrum von Fethiye. Wir können die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum und eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für jeden, der einen entspannten und luxuriösen Urlaub verbringen möchte! Sie ist nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet und makellos sauber, sondern auch unglaublich geräumig und bietet alles, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu den komfortablen Schlafzimmern war alles top. Besonders genossen haben wir den privaten Pool und den Außenbereich. Die Lage der Villa ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Man genießt die Ruhe und Privatsphäre, ist aber gleichzeitig nur eine kurze Fahrt von den lebhaften Zentren Fethiyes und Ölüdeniz' entfernt, wo man zahlreiche Restaurants, Geschäfte und Aktivitäten findet. Auch die Kommunikation mit Gizem war reibungslos und freundlich. Kurz gesagt: Die Villa ist ein echtes Juwel! Wer auf der Suche nach einer erstklassigen Unterkunft in Fethiye ist, wird hier definitiv fündig.

11 kişilik arkadaş grubumuzla mükemmel bir tatil yaptık. ev fotoğraflardan çok daha güzeldi ve Fergal her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldu. harika bir tatildi. tekrar geleceğiz, her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Ayşe Hanım'ın misafirperverliği ve ilgisi sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Villa hem konum hem de temizlik açısından kusursuzdu. Tüm detaylar en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş, oldukça konforluydu. Sessiz, huzurlu ve doğayla iç içe bir ortamda harika vakit geçirdik. Tatilimiz boyunca her ihtiyacımızla yakından ilgilenen Ayşe Hanım’a tekrar teşekkür ederiz. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz, tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle!

Impresionantemente bello este alojamiento en Inlice. El paisaje es de fantasía, la casa es muy grande, cómoda, limpia, tiene absolutamente de todo (está muy bien equipada!) y lo mejor Sultan es una anfitriona muy muy muy amable. Pasamos algunos días allí y estuvo todo muy bien. Cuenta con una galería en el exterior con una mesa muy cómoda para comer, una mecedora y una parrilla que aprovechamos para hacer pollo y pescado asado (cuenta con todos lo necesario). El barrio es muy tranquilo y parece un sueño levantarse y ver por la ventana las montañas de inlice, además la casa está rodeada de plantas. Sultan no sólo nos guió para tener una buena estadía y recomendarnos sobre playas y senderos de la región, sino que además estuvo siempre a disposición, un día nos trajo torta que había horneado su hija y otro día nos regaló dulces para nuestro niño. Esperamos poder volver!

Kayaköy is a hidden gem looked after and deeply cared for by the locals. Few more so than Ozgur and family. They are a special bunch, warm and welcoming, present and helpful, living and loving life earnestly everyday. Yellowstone is just as beautiful of a home. Cosy, homely, peaceful and secure, the home and farm is the ideal getaway equipped with everything you need to relax and take in all that Kaya has to offer. This is without a shadow of doubt one place we’re super excited to visit again and again. Thanks so much for a memorable experience 🫶 P.S. You’ll especially love this place if you enjoy exploring on foot mountains, seas, springs, meadows, caves, history and outstanding Turkish hospitality 😌

Kerem's place provides great value for money. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and Kerem provides video instructions for how to reach it (having a vehicle is highly recommended for getting around). By car, we visited beaches in Oludeniz, Sarigerme and Katranci. The property has views of the bay and the mountains behind and the kids loved the swing, the garden and the cat visitors. The property is tended to by helpful support staff and the pool is cleaned daily. Perhaps because it was end of the season, we needed to get to the shops for basics (dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, regular coffee, more toilet paper). The property was clean and simply furnished. Thanks Kerem for hosting us.

Nevzat’s villa is very nice, great value, and the location is good. The hosts are also very responsive and friendly. Would recommend.

Ulaşımı, konumu, imkanları ve temizliği konusunda gayet memnun kaldık. Ev sahibi ile iletişimimiz gayet kolaydı. Karataş plajına 10 dk, Akmaz plajına 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Tekrar gelmek isteriz.

Villa son derece temiz güzel ve kullanışlı idi. İlandakilerden eksiği yok fazlası vardı. Mutlaka tavsiye ederim. Bir sonraki ziyaretimde inşallah müsait olması durumunda bu villayı tercih edeceğim

We had the most wonderful summer staying in this beautiful villa. Aircon throughout and a bathroom for every bedroom was brilliant. The outside area is such a comfy and inviting space, so much so we spent most nights sitting out there relaxing. The garden area is beautiful and there is lots of space to sunbathe or lots of shade if you want it. The outside area really is a wow factor. It was only a 20 minute walk into town and a taxi from town to the villa didn't cost much at all. Overall, an absolutely brilliant stay and a holiday we wish we could do all over again.

A gorgeous hide away in the mountains with great views. Our family had a great time. A car is a must. Sunset Restaurant highly recommended for authentic Turkish home cooking and an incredible sunset. We are looking forward to next time already.

Lovely clean villa. Just a small note- this is a semi detached shared with the owner but self contained. The pool is shared with the owner not private. No access to the pool from the balcony, you have to go through the house to get to the pool. If cooking take everything, tea,coffee,salt&pepper, oil etc. No loo roll,bin bags, washing powder, toiletries are provided. But very clean & comfortable. A 2 minute walk to the centre of Dalyan, the last drop for a drink is Hotel Nish Caria right on the corner of the villa, Migros supermarket 1min walk. You will be adopted by more than 10 cats which was lovely! A great villa for up to 6 people, 3 bedrooms each with en suite. A nice base to explore the village. A good value for money, we’d consider this again. Well done OGÜN & Semra!

We had the pleasure of staying at Ms Solmaz home for just one night, but it was an experience worth highlighting. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the care and attention she puts into every detail. The house was immaculately clean—not just tidy, but truly spotless in a way that made us feel instantly comfortable and at home. What stood out even more was how thoughtful and attentive Ms. Solmaz was. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful local tips and checking in just the right amount to make sure we were comfortable, without ever being intrusive. Even in such a short stay, we felt incredibly welcomed. It’s clear that hospitality comes naturally to her, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend her place to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-cared-for space. Thank you for a lovely experience!

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Cozy, Ihsan and his family were so attentive and even gave us a welcome cake. The property was spotless and in a good location with a bar opposite and a small supermarket about a 3 min walk away. Easy walk into town about 8 mins. The villa is stunning and had all the facilities you could possibly need, we cannot recommend this villa enough and will be back next year! Thank you!

Herşey çok güzeldi ve tekrar gelmek istiyoruz…

Yaz tatili için guzel bir tercih olan bu villa, çok güzel dizayn edilmiş. Villanın tasarımını gerçekten çok beğendik. Havuz biraz daha büyük olabilirdi ama çocuklar yine de çok eğlendi. 15-20 dakika mesafede cok guzel plajlar bulunuyor. Yürüyüş mesafesinde market bulunmuyor, ancak Ortaca'ya yaklaşık 15 dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bölgedeki birçok aktivite arabayla ulaşım gerektiriyor, fakat evde zaman geçirmeyi tercih ederseniz, salon, mutfak ve odalar son derece temiz ve özenle dizayn edilmiş. Aydınlatma ve dekorasyon harikaydı.
