Peaceful and quiet residential area, 3-min walk to the beach and 10-min bike ride to the city center and shops.

Small holiday apartment, ideally located in Damgan. Everything is possible on foot. The apartment is a few meters from the large beach, a large playground and 200 m from the town center (all shops). You benefit from the entire home, as well as a sea view balcony. It is located on the 1st floor without elevator. Its surface area is 20 m2. It's well laid out. Apartment located above a very active bar and glacier in high season.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
