Super well-equipped kitchen and well-appointed and very clean accommodation and very beautiful garden. Everything was perfect! We'll miss the chickens. Wonderful stay! The house is equipped with all comforts, very quiet and relaxing stay here. Furthermore, you are very quickly on the beach or in cities nearby. There is an organic market on Saturdays. Beautiful domain where you can walk and of course a swimming pool ! We really enjoyed our week here.

We had a great stay at Anne's place. The house is very nice and functional. We took advantage of the unoverlooked terrace and the bikes on loan for free is a plus and allowed us to beautiful walks in this beautiful area. The accommodation is close to the center of Coulon and quiet . The bedding is good and there are no noise disturbances! We would definitely recommend this listing!

We had the most wonderful 12-night stay in The Farmhouse and enjoyed fabulous hospitality from Sam & Stuart. It is very well equipped with everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. There is a beautiful outdoor space for al fresco dining. There is an enormous barn which has been converted into a games area and is incredibly well equipped with table tennis, pool, darts, table football, a library, and every board game known to man! There is also an invaluable library of information on the local area. The massive heated outdoor pool is such a beautiful area to relax in. With the local church as a backdrop and the sounds of the birds singing in the surrounding trees in the beautiful garden was absolute bliss. The location is a great base to travel from and explore the towns and villages in the surrounding area. We even managed a couple of day trips to La Rochelle and Bordeaux. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and relaxing stay.

We rented the house for a group of 10 people and everything went perfectly smoothly. The place was exactly as described: very clean, well arranged and perfectly functional for a group stay. A very good stay at Brigitte's, who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easy to access and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

A gem of a place! Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful location but within walking distance from the port and local shops.

2nd stay in this residence, but changing apartments this time, even arriving late no worries to find, and being able to park right in front is clearly a plus with luggage!! The apartment is nice, well decorated, the bed super comfortable We had a problem with the pool and the problem was solved in the hours that followed, we will come back without problem for a future stay!!!

Just returned from a great stay, Christophe the key holder and owner was lovely and helpful with any questions we had and kindly dropped off some eggs that his chickens had laid which were very tasty. The house has a wealth of family history itself and the things displayed across the house show these off and the information in the house guide explain some of these items and the link to the family. It's a beautiful house and stays cool in the warm weather too (keep the shutters closed in the day to help this). The pool is beautiful and the house amenities catered for all our needs. It's also a great location to get to without a car as the train station is a short walk away and goes direct to Poitiers and La Rochelle. We had a lovely time and a really relaxing week 😊

ideally located the accommodation is convenient / functional, slightly far from the city center ( 400/500m) which allows you to enjoy everything on foot and by bike. the " parental " dependency is a real plus. the railway just behind the house is surprisingly disturbing not at all. We will regret the cleanliness of the accommodation upon arrival as well as the garbage cans of the previous occupants due to the off " season " pickup that is done during the week . if it was necessary to find a defect may be the lack of noise insulation up / down in the house .

Pleasant house, close to the ocean, quiet, very well equipped (dishes, games, mini chain, hooks to put things everywhere...). The three bedrooms upstairs are close to each other but well soundproofed. And then there's the pool!

Charming little well restored and decorated house. Ideal location in the heart of Chatelaillon: everything is on foot! An address we'd like to keep a secret.
