Villa can accommodate max. 4 persons. It has an outdoor swimming pool and a spacious wellness & spa zone where you can relax in a Jacuzzi for 4 persons, sauna, relax loungers and bathroom. It has a fully fenced yard, which provides total privacy. This villa provides everything for a truly relaxing holiday.

The swimming season in the pool is from May to November.

The apartment has everything you could need and consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. We also provide a parking place for 1 car.

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
