Charming renovated townhouse for 4–5 people, with courtyard not overlooked, ideally located in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope, 1 hour from Beauval Zoo and 14 minutes from Les Bodins' farm. Accommodation 9 minutes from the A10 highway ramp. Just 6 km from Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine, you can taste its famous goat cheese and why not, accompany it with a good Chinon wine from the vineyards 35 minutes away.

Located in a very small village, 15 m2 studio on the ground floor of a townhouse on the Way of St. James with its common courtyard. The casino and thermal baths of La Roche-Posay are 30 minutes away.
