Very pleasant for 12–17 people. 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12: 5 double beds, 7 single beds + 2 travel cots without mattresses + a mini playpen for babies. 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets. Pool: 8x5m heated from 01/06 to 15/09, submerged bike, hot tub, TV, treadmill, darts, Flipper, foosball, 2 bar arcade games, ping pong, pallets, badminton... and the garden.

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. Our studio, restored in an old and charming pigsty, opens its doors to you for a night's stay or more. Located in a small, quiet and peaceful hamlet, you can access this independent studio through a common gate to our home and park in a fenced yard. On the way to St Jacques de Compostelle and the Eurovélo3, you will be 30 minutes from the Futuroscope and 1 hour from Beauval Zoo and the Châteaux of the Loire Valley.

They will have access to the entire cottage.
