Romantic farmhouse with amazing views

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action.
