The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

With a view of the water and located by Langø harbor, you can have a relaxing vacation in our beautiful cottage, which we have been renovating ourselves over the past few years. We would like to share our place in the small, quiet fishing village of Langø with others who appreciate personal decor, relaxing on the terrace with magical sunsets, a beautiful large kitchen-living room, and a cozy enclosed garden. Eat at home or at the fishing bar at the harbor and take trips in the area.

There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The property is located in a quiet area with a view of the fields and a view of the cows. There is a smaller kitchen with an electric cooker and a 1-burner mini stove. It is possible to set up a travel cot if there is 1 child traveling with you. We provide a travel cot, as well as duvets and pillows. If you're planning a trip, Nyk Falster and the Fuglesang Art Museum are located just 4 km (2.5 miles) away.
