Favoloso appartamento situato al primo piano (= diciassette gradini e ascensore che vi porteranno a fianco della porta d'ingresso della casa) in un palazzo del 1600-1700. Questo appartamento è stato completamente restaurato nel 2014, conservando gli affreschi originali del 1600-1700 che sono in tutte le pareti interne Il suo bellissimo balcone e le sue finestre si affacciano sulla Famosa Loggia del Porcellino. Arredato con cura e con eleganti mobili di alta gamma lo rende veramente un gioiello. L'appartamento è stato completamente e finito di restaurarto ( escluso gli affreschi) a GIUGNO 2014 con primissime qualita nei materiali a e con tutti confort che occorrono e arredato con gusto . L'edificio è del 1200 ed all'interno di tutto l'appartamento, le pareti interne hanno affreschi originali e no restaurati, dell'anno 700. Ideale per chi vuole vivere la Storia di Firenze. Si trova in una posizione fantastica e soprattutto nel mezzo dell' area pedonale. Per chi ama visitare i monumenti ed i musei più importanti della città, si possono raggiungere brevemente a piedi senza nessun bisogno di qualunque servizio pubblico essendo l'appartamento nel cuore del centro storico. Gli ospiti avranno a completa disposizione , tutto l'appartamento e tutti i confort di cui ne fanno parte. La cucina è predisposta per tutti i tipi di colazione ( Bollitore per the, Tostapane, Macchina per il caffè alla americana, Moka per caffè alla italiana,Vari tipi di Tè , ecc....) per cucinare è fornito di tutto il necessario ( Pentole, Posate, Bicchieri, Piatti, Frigorifero, Microonde, ecc...) In qualunque momento del giorno sono a loro completa disposizione pronto a consigliarli , aiutarli o a raggiungerli , qualora avessero bisogno o urgenze o lo desiderassero. L'appartamento è meraviglioso e situato nel quartiere più importante del centro storico.Esso ha il balcone più grande di tutta la Piazza. Situato a pochi minuti a piedi dai musei, monumenti più importanti della città e della Storia. Consiglio vivamente la cucina toscana, cui ne sarei onorato a consigliarvi alcuni ristorantini tipici Fiorentini. Accanto all'appartamento, si trovano i negozi con i migliori marchi di moda del mondo. Essendo in una aerea esclusivamente pedonale , per muoversi con mezzi motorizzati , è possibile chiamare un Taxi , oppure spostarsi con gli autobus. Per chi arriva in macchina , è obbligatorio prenotare il posto auto al Garage di nostra fiducia. Basta informare me , ed io provvederò a fare ciò ed ad informarvi dell'indirizzo, costi e come fare ad raggiungerlo. Dallo appartamento , il Garage , dista a metri 150. Dalle ore 10:30 am , io offro la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in appartamento , spiegare il funzionamento dello appartamento , prendere le chiavi ed andare a visitare subito la città. Io mi occuperò di consegnare lo appartamento perfettamente pulito ed organizzato ( in base alle vostre richieste ), ed alle (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) pm ) l'appartamento perfetto ed io uscire dallo appartamento chiudendo la porta dietro di me .
