Holiday Homes in Danube River

We spent a week in the Paola suite with our dog. We received a friendly welcome with delicious cake and many tips for our holiday. We lacked nothing. The surroundings are very quiet and beautiful. The only negative thing is that you always need the car to get to the lake and that on the typical, narrow mountain roads. But we felt very comfortable in the apartment and can only recommend it.

A retreat with a lot of heart for those seeking peace, far away from the tourist hustle and bustle of the lake shore. Located around 400m above, you have a wonderful view of the lake. There are two apartments on the upper floor of the house. (Claudia lives downstairs.) We had the larger one and were satisfied with it. Only the Internet is a bit weak, but the apartment is equipped with everything needed for self-catering and for stays when the weather is crazy. Claudia is a kind-hearted person and very helpful and attentive. She speaks a little German, but it is helpful if you also understand Italian. By car, you can reach beautiful Limone in 25 minutes and from there you can also take further excursions, e.g. by boat to visit other places on the lake. We can recommend Casa Claudia to anyone who values accommodation close to nature and tranquility and who still wants to explore the charming landscape of Lake Garda.

Amazing place in Lake como. A little ways away from the more popular towns but a very charming and quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy the amazing view and infinity pool view which was incredible. I would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved staying here. The location in Bellano was so charming and peaceful and the apartment is close to the ferry and bus stop. Downstairs we found an awesome gelato spot and some cute restaurants! Marco went above and beyond to communicate and check up on our stay. Everything was clean and modern. The unit was also very spacious. Comfy beds. Nothing bad to say!

The stay was perfect and Carla was constantly attentive to us. Everything went as planned and the instructions were very clear. The calm and magic of the landscapes are guaranteed. The rooms are very spacious and the only point that needs to be anticipated is to do the shopping in Cannobio and have a car to access the apartment. I highly recommend The Tower to fully experience Lake Maggiore.

Absolutely beautiful air bnb. The views and surroundings are breathtaking, we loved swimming in the pool whilst looking over the Italian countryside. Leonardo was a great host, always responded quickly and made us feel welcome. We will definitely come back for another stay.

Petra and Anze were excellent hosts. Their unit is lovely and sparkling clean. It is new (3 years old) high-end construction (e.g. expensive windows that open as a door or crack at the top as needed with built-in automated Venetian blinds controlled by a wall switch, Nest smoke/CO detector, UniFi WiFi node, etc). King-size beds in each room. The secondary bedroom is a little on the small side and no closing door to the common area. This would be a great room for kids but is short on privacy for adults. Anze has plans to install doors.

This is my third visit to the Lucca area, but my first time to stay inside the city walls. Fabrizio’s apartment is perfect with respect to location, style, and quality. The terrace is such a haven. Any meals we cooked were eaten out there, and a glass of wine in the evening is a must while you listen to the lively vibe of Lucca.

enchanting location in the charming setting of a former nursery or vegetable growing - direct lake access for our kayak tour - lots of nature around, countless water birds - unfortunately we didn't have enough time to also use the attractive sauna - inside everything picobello, with everything you need and nicely labeled

Perfect location to reach the most evocative places of interest in the Dolomites. Georg is a wonderful person... helpful and always ready to make himself available for any problem. We arrived late at night and received a lot of availability and courtesy from the host. Very clean, welcoming and very clean environment with many amenities to make your stay pleasant. Equipped kitchen and wonderful view. Thank you so much for everything! Highly recommended.

Exceptional property, well cared for and with attention to detail. Quiet, large terrace at the river, gas barbecue available, garden lights, heated water tub...etc. I recommend going with everything you need food/drink. Access to shops in the area is more cumbersome in distance.

Giuseppe and Livia's home is extremely welcoming for any type of guest. The house is in a very quiet location, rather isolated being immersed in the Ligurian hill. We spent a short weekend in a group with friends and especially appreciated the entire outdoor space, equipped with a barbecue and a large table, to eat and relax together. The decor is vintage but functional: in the house we found everything that served as basic necessities. In addition, Giuseppe and Livia were absolutely available and never intrusive, despite our reservation being made two days before the weekend. Thanks and see you next time!

Stefania was incredibly accommodating, proactive and responsive to all of our needs and questions. I was surprised that her home was even nicer than her photos. We instantly felt at home as the decor and ease of use was flawless. Stefania helped us with recommendations for dinner and activities and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. It is impossible to describe the beauty, peace and tranquility that this property offers. I would recommend it to anyone!

We lived the look, feel, cleanliness, and location of her AirBnB - and her amazing recommendations and hyper responsiveness just really added to our amazing stay in Bologna. The air bnb was fantastic - so beautiful and great use of the space. There was everything you could need. The road was a little noisy, but ear plugs were provided. Sweet spot in small town not too far from the lake. Great walking trails right by the home to different villages and view points. Host is very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. Pool was fabulous and very refreshing. Great place all around.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and very well equipped. Set off the main street in a quiet side road, surrounded by a wrap around balcony and beautiful gardens. Lovely restaurants and the lake were in walking distance. The host and his mother were fantastic, very responsive. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
