We just spent four days with my family and it was a wonderful stay. I want to highlight Dmytro's speed and kindness in answering any questions, before and during the stay. The apartment is beautiful, decorated with exquisite taste, totally renovated and sparkling. The rooms are very spacious, as is the large living room. The beds and bedding are of very good quality. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Perfect location, next to the Parliament. You can walk to the main tourist attractions. Nice and quiet neighborhood, with a large supermarket a minute's walk away. Very good value for money. We recommend it 100%!

Quercia Rubra is beyond expectation. The photos are stunning but in reality it is so much more. Exquisitely renovated, pristine amenities. Everything is thought of. Amila, the absolute brilliant house assistant, who smiles always, drops by in the morning & afternoon, is discreet but always happy to help. Eleonora - the house manager was a gem, and made sure our every need was catered for. Maria has created a masterpiece in Quercia Rubra with love & attention to detail. We were a multi-generational family & everyone was peaceful, had fun, and truly appreciated this special place.

The apartment is beautiful .. the design elements have a natural feel and sensitively decorated .... there is a stunning lounge in a shared area to use and an outdoor patio ... any requests or queries were answered quickly ... vaporetto stop is a few minutes walk so it made Venice easy and fun to explore

House is as, if not more, beautiful than the photos portray. It’s fantastically spacious and has all the amenities you could need for a few days or a few weeks. What made this place particularly special was how great the “Rent All Como” team was. They met us and helped with bags on arrival and met us to say good bye. One of the things I tend to miss with Airbnb vs a hotel is the concierge’s assistance with transport and restaurant bookings. The Rent All Como team however is as good or better than most 5* hotel concierge teams. Nothing is too much trouble and they are super responsive.

I had an amazing experience staying at this property. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better! The location was perfect, close to major attractions, shops, and great restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Milan. Highly recommended!

A perfect stay – highly recommended! The property is phenomenal and we had a fantastic experience. The home was spotless, stylish and looks even better than in the photos. We booked very last minute and the hosts prepared the property for our arrival very quickly. You can comfortably host large groups here with a well stocked kitchen, en-suites in every room, pool / hot tub facilities and large BBQ. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a stay with good access to Tuscany, Pisa and Florence Thank you team for such a wonderful stay!

That was a dream. If you want to feel like a rockstar and spend the highest quality time on the seaside - choose this place. Isn't cheap, but definitelly worth the price. The house makes a stunning impression on guests. Easy to reach it from the Airport - 10minutes by taxi. Perfectly clean. I don't think that somebody can expect anything more than Villa BiBinje offers. Anita - thank you for the hospitality. We will not forget this weekend for a long long time :)

This villa is amazing and very historic. Furnished with family heirloom antiques and artwork. Plenty of beautiful dishes and silverware for elegant dinners. Angelica, the owner, is super friendly and was very accommodating. Lovely gardens. Very quiet and peaceful. This estate is also staffed with gardeners and a housekeeper, which we didn't expect. Gregor was very responsive to all of our questions. Great jump-off point for all of Tuscany. I highly recommend.

Very pleased with the apartment. Clean, nicely updated and large. Very comfortable and felt like home. Washer and dryer unit was invaluable after a 4 week holiday. The location was great and walkable to everything. Management company was accommodating to check-in/checkout times which was appreciated. Would highly recommend

The villa was beautiful and it was a pleasure to stay in such a well equipped house with stunning views. We were met at the gates by Linda who was a great host and made us feel welcome despite us arriving rather earlier than anticipated. Given the July heat the air conditioning in the bedrooms was much appreciated. The salt water pool was a great place to cool off both in the day and the evening and there were 2 large umbrellas for those wanting shade. One of the bathrooms had plumbing issues but as our stay was only 4 nights and with 5 other bathrooms to choose from we asked for it to be fixed after we left. We had initially been nervous of booking as there were no reviews (house new to the holiday rental market this season), a strict no refunds policy and electricity charged as extra, however, we a great stay and would recommend this property.
