Stunning, over 100 years old stone barn, meticulously renovated, furnished with vintage pieces, located in a peaceful village in the middle of the upcoming Slovenian wine region. The fully furnished kitchen with all amenities and dining table area is located at the entrance, while the sleeping premises (one queen size bed and day-bed sofa for 2 and bathroom with a bathtub are on the upper level in an open-space attic. Rustic La Fonte - Il Sasso

Nestled among the picturesque Euganean Hills with a view of the charming village of Teolo, this independent cottage boasts a breathtaking panorama. With its rustic style, it warmly welcomes our guests. An ideal base for exploring the wonders of the Euganean Hills on foot or by bicycle. The privileged location allows for unforgettable excursions to the thermal baths, Padua, Venice, Verona, Vicenza, and Lake Garda. In the surrounding area, numerous restaurants invite you to savor local delicacies.

Artist's loft. Original and private

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

Cozy converted barn with fireplace; nature retreat

Newly restored and converted barn, a magical space with lovely views of the surrounding mountains and hills. The barn is ideal for 2-3 people, but can accomodate a maximum of 5, with a double, a single and a sofa bed (access to sleeping space requires climbing stairs or a ladder). 20 metres from the barn, there is wood and a fireplace for an evening chat and stargazing by the fire. An outdoor shower with solar heated water is also available. The kitchen is functional and has amazing views!

Baita Barn in organic vineyard (chalet chiavenna)

On the top of a hill, surrounded by vineyards and crops, stands the barn of "Torre Scilano", an enchanting place, located along the "Bregaglia" road, whose background is the Acquafraggia waterfalls. A site that is not only natural, but also historical-archaeological, as the barn stands on the remains of ancient Piuro, a thriving city buried by a landslide in September 1618. This particular historical building is closely linked to the agricultural-cultural territory.

Il Fienile di Tigliano (former barn in Vinci-Florence)

The Fienile is a typical Tuscan stone house, of about 55 square meters with a large private garden (350 sq.m.), a Jacuzzi that can be used all year round, wi-fi, air conditioning. Everything is for your exclusive use. it is located in a small village, near Vinci, a few km from the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, surrounded by olive trees, in the green Tuscan hills. The house is an ex-barn, recently renovated. A charming, intimate, welcoming and relaxing place.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
