If there’s such a thing as 11 out of 10 this is it! Me and my family have stayed at places all over the world and this may be our top Airbnb yet. There were 8 of us and we had no idea as to how great this place was until we stepped in the door. Pictures don’t always do a place justice but this location exceeded all of our expectations. We stayed for 5 days and we all felt like it wasn’t long enough. We loved CHANIA but we couldn’t stop talking about this House. Everything was clean and new and we will definitely go back in the near future. We are still in disbelief there are places like this that are rented that are so nice. Thanks again to all the who helped us during our stay and can’t wait to visit again! Mark

This house was absolutely amazing – just like in the pictures, if not even better! The location right by the beach is truly breathtaking, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting. All the furniture and appliances are top-of-the-line – everything was spotless, high-quality, and incredibly comfortable. Ria was a fantastic host – super friendly, always quick to respond, and very helpful. We really appreciated how kind and welcoming she was. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would recommend this house to absolutely everyone. A perfect getaway!

Kosta's place is simply amazing - a dream villa! Our family felt right at home and could not reccommend it more to anyone who searches for an exquisite experience. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything one might need, including a compliment with free great white wine and local olive oil. The pool is amazing for family and friends gathering around it, the place is spacious and is greatly furnished. The yard is so well organized that you can fully relax your mind in it and enjoy at the max This is easily one of the best places me and my family have ever stayed at. We had an excellent stay at this Villa. Exactly as described and how it looks in the photos. Villa finished to a really high standard and lovely swimming pool. The villa is also nicely equipped & sone really nice touches from the host, Katerina, with locally grown vegetables & olive oil. Katerina went above and beyond as a host with regular cleaning & towels changes etc and was very supportive when our daughter was involved in an accident (not at the villa!) Would definitely recommend and go back 👍

Villa anasa exceeded expectations. The pictures don't do it justice, the attention to detail in the interior is impressive. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Gorgios was a gracious host and helpful in every way possible.

A Slice of Heaven in Crete. Our stay in this beautifully designed home was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by peaceful olive groves and bathed in Cretan sunshine, every moment felt serene and special. The sweet little pool was the perfect place to unwind, and the home itself was as stunning as it was comfortable. The hosts were warm, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcome. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already planning our return.

Our family of five had an unforgettable stay here! The home was spotless, beautifully restored, and had everything we needed. The village is incredibly picturesque, the locals were kind, and the overall hospitality was second to none. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring nearby attractions. The pool was a huge hit with our kids, and the views of the mountains and sea were stunning. What made it truly special were our hosts—Kostas and Nantia went above and beyond. They arranged a meal for our late arrival and offered fantastic local tips that made our trip even better. We felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend! Did I mention how gorgeous the home is…

Very nice place to stay that looks exactly as pictured. We particularly liked the furnishings of the apartment, in the kitchen everything from pans, pots to toasters or sandwich makers is available, in addition there is a box with all utensils for the beach (umbrella, lounger, cooler box to diving goggles) on the balcony. Communication with Alexandros was also possible at any time and he answered questions directly. We had a wonderful week in Crete and would recommend the place to stay.

This is one of those places you'll never forget. Wow wow wow! The view is really amazing; in the green, among the rocks overlooking the sea. There is no one around and you really have a cottage to yourself and that on a very nice piece of Crete. It is smart to do groceries on the way out (in the kitchen you will find everything for cooking and there is a barbecue), because a large supermarket is almost half an hour away and the tavern in the village is top for during the day, but in the evening you don't want to take that dark route on loose stones (that road takes some getting used to, but to do). Are you looking for a few days to check out completely? Then this is really the place! We will definitely come back!

Antonis is an incredibly nice and helpful person, and also offered us the pick-up service from and to the airport. We were super satisfied with the apartment. The terrace is fantastically beautiful and can be enjoyed every morning and evening. Bus stop to town is almost outside the door. Goldenbeach is 10/15 minutes away. Simply super! Thanks Antonis! ♥️♥️

This is an exceptional house in a really fun neighborhood. Just outside the most touristy areas, so it felt great to go ”home”. Tassos was a responsive and helpful host.

A place to stay with a truly breathtaking view. We felt very comfortable. Our two-year-old son also found his way around very well and played with us at the pool, but of course you should always keep an eye on him. Overall, the accommodation looks much more spacious than in the photos and is well equipped. We didn't miss anything. There are even dumbbells for sports and chairs and umbrella for the beach and a potty for children. Communication with Eleni went very well. She always reacted quickly and made everything possible. We will be happy to come back.

Amazing home, literally about 20 steps away from the beach. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. It looks brand new! The host had fresh fruits, delicious cakes, pastries, still and sparkling water in the fridge, bags of ice in the freezer and a bottle of champagne on ice waiting for us at check in, which was an amazing experience! Best Airbnb host ever! The villa had a private rooftop deck that was the ultimate place to relax and unwind, while offering an amazing view of the Sea of Crete. The rooftop also has a very big jacuzzi, dinning table, seating and loungers. I forgot to mention that the neighborhood has restaurants and shopping in both directions. You will definitely be happy with this place.

Manos and Christina were very friendly and responsive. All of our questions were answered promptly. The house was a little difficult to find at night but Christina was there at check in to show us around. At the house, there were supplies like eggs, lunch meat, bread, fresh fruit, olive oil , and a bottle of wine. This was greatly appreciated as we arrived after dark and it gave us some breakfast food for the morning. We loved the sound of the waves at night lulling us to sleep! The hosts also changed the bedding and sheets after a couple of days which was extremely thoughtful and generous. The house is close to many restaurants and has a few super markets near by. Close beaches were also nice and we enjoyed the peacefulness they provided prior to the big tourist season. Lake Kournas was beautiful and only about an hour drive from the house. Having a car was nice but not entirely necessary for the house’s location. Driving in Crete can be a little daunting but doable!

“Machil welcomed us with drinks and food, explained everything to us and told us a little about the special features of the place. From the start, he was very attentive and kind. We had an extremely good stay in the apartment. We were received in a friendly way. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and modern. Really nice terrace overlooking the sea. The cleaning staff were also very nice and helpful. We would come back here anytime and can only recommend the apartment.

Always responsive and provided recommendations for parking which is important in that part of Chania. Nice place to stay in a quiet part of town - easy to walk to lots of nice shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay in Aptera. The location was perfect; close to Chania and an easy drive to other locations in western Crete but still rural, quiet, and private. There's an incredible view of the mountains right out of the front door. Mihalis was really friendly and gave us many local recommendations. We highly recommend a stay here!

Absolutely perfect! Brilliant property and brilliant host. Despina was so lovely, gave us great recommendations and she even left us some food in the fridge for breakfast because of our late flight. Absolutely beautiful place, we loved it! The outdoor areas and views are amazing! Lefteris was extremely kind and helpful, shared a lot of great recommendations with us! We’d come back in a heartbeat
