Chase’s place is a perfect get away for 2-4 people. It’s soooo close to the beach, just a 3 min walk over the dune. It was quiet and private and had great outdoor space including chairs on the upper deck and picnic table below to toss all the beach stuff when returning from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning and wi fi were strong! We were able to walk for coffee at Muffins and Scones and wine & beer at Cork and Bottle, both of which were fantastic! So refreshing to find an air bnb with all the furnishings in an area dominated by rental companies that require you to bring or rent your own linens. Thanks Chase!

Hands down my favorite stay in the OBX, great location, perfect for my puppy, can walk to the beach, local convenience store/food. Host was amazing gave me great recommendations!

The place was clean and beautiful. Close to the beach but set back in a wooden, quiet private area. Our stay was cut short after 24hrs due to a sudden death in the family. Jo and Micheal were great! I was concerned about leaving the place as we would when leaving after 6 days and Jo said just go. Don’t worry about any of it. Her kindness and hospitality were so helpful to us during a very difficult time. In the end they contacted ABB and we were fully refunded what we paid minus the night we had been there. This was far beyond what we expected. I would stay again in a heart beat! Hoping we can go back next summer and stay here! Jo and Micheal were hands down the best hosts I’ve ever dealt with on ABB.

Really enjoyed our second stay at Sonny and Mikaila's place this summer! Really a perfect location, close to everything. Great time of year to have the beach to yourself! Enjoyed climbing Currituck Beach Lighthouse and visiting the Wright Brothers Museum and Memorial. Great dinner at Mama Kwan's (as always!) and a great sunset dinner at Miller's Waterfront. This over-the-garage apartment was just what we needed. Plenty of space, clean, accessible and close to downtown Duck.

It’s a 25 min drive from the OBX but worth the drive! Then again with access to kayaks, a canoe and a small beach we could have just as happily never left the property. Gorgeous views, plenty of privacy. Really a rare gem. On the practical side, I was a little nervous the listing said not hot water- but that’s only the sink, the outdoor shower (very private) does indeed have hot water. We were lucky enough to stay during some cooler summer evenings- I would recommend turning off the AC and opening the windows at night. The breeze was paradise! Craig is an obvious super host: friendly and responsive. Would gladly stay again!

Perfect for our family beach trip. Super easy access to the public beach. The public parking fills up early but we were able to bike to the beach several days. The highlight of the trip for our two boys was frog catching in the yard and gardens at the house. The apartment is over a garage and was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Would definitely recommend for a small family looking for some outdoor space when not at the beach. Thanks for the great stay!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this quaint, cozy and very peaceful retreat!! It is located in a very quiet neighborhood! We haven't seen any traffic on our street the duration of our stay!!! We really don't have any complaints, but we highly recommend this retreat!!! Dale & Jocelyn

It was a great stay . Location couldn’t have been more private yet quick to access everything. It was very nice having your private dock with all the amenities of kayaks down to a fishing pole. Place was very comfortable and spotless. Sunsets were spectacular

This was our first tiny home stay - and it was wonderful! We really enjoyed the indoor screen porch where we had morning coffee, the hammock outside was the perfect resting place. We appreciated all the little things like food recommendations, amenities, and access to beach items. The house was full of natural light and amazing artwork, which really helped that “feeling right at home” experience! We’ll definetly be back! Thank you Carolina and Brian :)

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was so quiet and relaxing. Loved the view of the canal from the pool. We even got to see some dear outback which was the icing on the cake! We will definitely be back

The keypad batteries were dead when I arrived and Holli responded instantly. She came down to let me in and replace them right away. Great location and very clean, I will stay there when working in town whenever possible.

This place is great if you’re looking for something laid back and away from the crowds. The pool was very clean and perfectly shaded so none of us got sunburnt. I’d recommend this place for couples and friends!

Tyler’s place was the perfect spot to stay for a 4 night trip. It had everything we need and Tyler was great with communication.

When the app says that Mariano is a superhost, they are right on the money! This property is beautiful, well stocked, very spacious and just lovely! We had the best little get away ever. Tom's house was located in the perfect area in Kitty Hawk. The condo was clean and perfect setting in the pine trees. It was located close to the beach and driving distance to great restaurants and stores. We went to lots of locations in Outerbanks. It was close distance to Corolla, Duck and we even drove down to Naggs head to climb the sand dunes and visit Jeanette's Pier. I highly recommend Tom's place in Kitty Hawk.

We loved our stay. Maggie was consistently responsive, incredibly helpful, and did an amazing job setting up a comfy, inviting, warm environment. The space was exactly as described/pictured and came with everything we could’ve needed for the trip. Clean linens, cookware, and bathroom products. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower. Patrick was responsive and quick. The house is perfect for a small family. Has everything you would need for basic cooking and even had some dishes for kids. The house was very clean and simple and free of clutter. The beds were extremely comfortable which was a pleasant surprise. The views were spectacular. Beach access is great and easy to get to. Sound access is also great but more of an area to put floats and kayaks in. House is very close to sound access with small beach area perfect for kids. There is also an outdoor shower great for getting sand off before entering the home. Very thankful for Patrick and his family providing the perfect space for our stay. We will be back again :)

We absolutely loved staying at this Airbnb during our Outer Banks trip. It's centrally located to everything we wanted to do but tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We were greeted warmly by Howie and Tim when we arrived and felt right at home. The unit was spacious and immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a "home away from home" on our vacation! Already making plans to stay here again next summer!!

We had a wonderful stay and was the perfect location for a first family get away with our 6 month old. It was very clean and provided all the comforts we needed. The beach access provided with the stay was a great addition and the beach was lovely - close enough to bike if you wanted to. Duck is just up the road and the surrounding neighborhood is very quaint. We really enjoyed a relaxing stay !

Tod was an excellent host! The apartment was immaculate and the decor lovely! It had plenty of towels, wash clothes, toiletries and extra bedding. It was conveniently located and very walkable or by bicycle to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. We love Manteo!
