Perfect place for family time! My family plus dog enjoyed our stay very much. The house looks just like the pictures provided, we enjoyed morning breakfast on the back screened in porch and fun filled afternoons kayaking and laying out on the back dock. The house was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed our stayed so much we will definitely be back.

This home was absolutely gorgeous and suited our needs perfectly. Lots of parking for our trailer and a big fenced yard for our pooch. Felt right at home. Super clean and comfortable. The host was very hospitable. We would definitely stay here in the future when we aren’t on a work trip so we can enjoy the home and surroundings more.

This is an excellent location for the entire Outer Banks. Recommendations on things to do and places to eat were very good. The automatic lights for taking the dog out at night were perfect. Check in/out instructions were very detailed. Jenna & Tim were great hosts. Lots of amenities and great layout. Lots of fans, lighting and outlets. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. When we return to the Outer Banks this will be the first place we look for availability. Great week stay!! Had some issues with the internet not working when we first arrived but Amanda was very responsive and called Spectrum to get it fixed the next day for us. Listing was as described. Lots of bugs and flies outside but to be expected since it was in the listing. Saw a few bears in the area and wildlife! Nice and secluded - about a 25 min drive into Nags head, not bad. Was able to utilize the grill which was nice to have a cookout with the family! Overall nice stay for the price and had a great vacay with the family

We had such a wonderful family vacation! The beach was perfect. It felt like we had our own private beach area. There is plenty of room for our family of six. Gia was very responsive and available. She has such a lovely home! We can’t wait to book the house again. Everything was extremely clean and welcoming.

Wonderful hosts and space was perfect, i never, ever book pet friendly spaces so I was a little worried about my allergies, but the space was spotless. Thank you for sharing your home.

We had a great time staying here. It was closely located to everything we could possibly need. It was cozy to stay in on days it rained. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe with a walking trail nearby for our dog. Also, the place was stocked with so many kitchen amenities I was shocked! There was a Nespresso, Keurig, Ninja, frother, etc. We were able to save money and eat in more than we expected with all the kitchen necessities already there!

We loved that we were able to walk to the beach and to the bay. Also loved the beach parking pass to give us the option to drive to the beach. We used the beach chairs, boogie boards and bicycles and all of them were fantastic! Very comfortable house, felt right at home there. Perfect house for a family to use. Also very helpful that Target, Publix and tons of restaurants were very close.

Thank you for everything! The only problem we had was an outside deck blind blew down during the night, but it really didn’t affect the trip and didn’t look damaged..my mom left a note about it I believe…otherwise, great experience overall and would definitely recommend

We had a great stay at Toes in the Sand. It was even better than pictured. I was originally worried from the photos that maybe you couldn’t see the ocean from the main living floor, but you absolutely can see the ocean from nearly everywhere in the house. It’s lovely. Such a charming house, quiet, beautiful beach, and near enough to groceries, gas, and anything else you’d need. Also, had a great Oceanside dinner at Fish Heads <30 min north! Dana and her co Host was amazing we had the best few days of vacation possible in the outer banks 100% recommend Dana’s place we will for sure be back next year and anytime we go to obx !

Our stay at changing tides in the Outer Banks was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the short 30 second walk to the pristine beach. The house itself is a perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort, with a fabulous kitchen, hot tub, and very well appointed living spaces. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the thoughtful touches made our vacation effortless and relaxing. The location in Duck was ideal—close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions like iconic duck donuts haha, nearby cute places to eat , yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive. We will definitely return.

Our family had a great vacation. The house was beautiful with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all of us!! The house is private but very close to the beach, dunes, restaurants and shops. Would definitely love to visit again!

We had such an amazing time here! She was quick to respond and the place was beautiful! The backyard was perfect for our toddler to play in and I really appreciated that there was a baby gate for upstairs. We will definitely be coming back!

This is a beautifully appointed home that is tucked away for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house was perfect for our family and our fur-baby. The thoughtful touches, quality bedding and linens, as well as the hosts responsiveness made this trip extraordinary. We also appreciated the included pool passes and the recommendations given for the most accessible beach areas. We really hope to come back soon!

This place was great. It was just a 2 minute walk to the private beach access which was never super full. The BNB was big enough for my whole family and my dog! Washer and dryers are always nice to have when staying away from home! It was a quiet neighborhood, but stay off the lady next door’s grass. There were a few restaurants to walk to and stores, not to mention a neat little tackle shop with iced coffee!! Our car actually broke down while staying here, so the walkable things were very convenient. She even let us check in 5 hours early because I got check in time wrong. I would love to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! Rona was the most responsive host I’ve ever had. Lots of stuff for kids to do at the house. All we needed for a great OBX vaca for our family of 4 and pup

Love the location just a short walk to the beach. Tucked in between main road and beach road. Perfect for two families with 4 kids!!

We stayed here to make some arrangements for our wedding in Manteo, it was an excellent place to stay. We were able to walk around town, walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house. It truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Enjoying evenings on the deck and in the backyard were highlights of our trip. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. The home was clean and instructions were very easy to follow. Since we were looking for a peaceful location on this trip, it fit the bill. The view was worth the cost. We knew there would be others around, as it was described accurately and clearly as a condo community. Supplies were very sufficient for us, and the owners were responsive. Enjoyed this trip!

My fiancé and I (and our 2 dogs) loved our week in the tiny house. The location really made us feel like locals for the week. We’ve stayed in Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills many times, but Rodanthe’s our new favorite! The house was quiet and peaceful but walkable to both the ocean (and pier) and sound. There are many great restaurants close by- we loved Good Winds, Lisa’s Pizzeria, Hatteras Bowls, and Waves Coffee and Candies. Staff were beyond friendly at every location in the area. We had some rainy days but didn’t mind staying in since the house was so well laid out and the decor was cozy and beachy. Hosts were very responsive and had open communication.
