Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt. A loft with fireplace, sauna, 12-meter pool and garden. Individual gastronomic care can be booked. You can also cook in the fully equipped boathouse kitchen. Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.

This spacious, light-flooded 2 ZW on the 1st floor without sloping ceilings is conveniently located between Frankfurt and Darmstadt with fast connections to the A3, A5, A60 and A67 motorways. Frankfurt Airport can be reached in about 13 minutes. From Mörfelden train station, the S-Bahn takes you to Frankfurt Central Station in 20 min. and to the exhibition center in 34 min.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The Egelsbach S-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk. The S3 runs every half hour and other cities are within easy reach. Frankfurt city center - 18 minutes Darmstadt main station - 10 minutes Other destinations such as Frankfurt Airport or Frankfurt Hbf are also within easy reach.
