Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, but it can also be used. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, accessible 10 meters across the courtyard (shared use until 10 pm).

Tino‘s Tiny House ist ein kleines, eigenständiges Häuschen im Wormser Vorort Weinsheim. Der Ort lädt zum Entspannen ein: - ein Spaziergang am Eisbach - ein Abstecher in die Brauerei Sander - Sonnenuntergänge zwischen Weinreben und Feldern - fußläufige Spielplätze für Kinder Uvm. Die Lage ist optimal um Worms zu erkunden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch die nächst größeren Städte wie Mannheim, Heidelberg, Mainz und Frankfurt sind gut zu erreichen.

South -West-Wing Ueberau

The cozy and quaint furnished south-west wing is located in Reinheim- Uberau and in the rear part of the site. With a sep. entrance, the wing offers a living space of ~ 35m², so that it can be occupied by 2 people. It is the perfect starting point to discover the cities and nature in the Odenwald. In the immediate vicinity is the bus stop (about 220m) for local transport, shopping facilities can be found in the center of Reinheim. We are looking forward to nice guests!

Our detached cottage is located on a closed property. We, your hosts, live in the front house. Parking for a car or motorcycles is available on our property. The vacation home with an area of 80 sqm on 2 floors offers 3 rooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom and separate toilet. The entire house is a non-smoking area, but there are opportunities for smoking in the covered entrance area with a bench.

There is also a private terrace with seating.
