We had an excellent stay at Giancarlo's. The apartment is in an excellent location in Navigli. Very close to the Canalside bars and restaurants but set further back so that it is quiet. The apartment is a recent conversion so everything is new. On the smaller side but with room to open up the sofa bed if you need two beds.

We had an excellent "long" weekend in Milan with the family. The apartment is ideally located, in a fairly trendy, central and accessible neighborhood for exploring the city. The street is generally quiet, which is a plus in Italy 😌 Sveva was a very communicative host, which is very reassuring when you arrive. Anyway, it was great!

The apartment is very well-located, easy to access and close to the centre as well as train/subway. Niccolo was very responsive and explained things clearly, his recommendations were great and the apartment was exactly as advertised. I was a Milan first-timer and would recommend this place to others. Thanks Niccolo!

Host was very responsive and provided detailed instructions. The place was cute and amenities were great. Walls were thin, but the air conditioner worked great so the fan helped to clear out some noise from the neighbors. Great location near the M3 that connects to the Milan Central train station. The neighborhood was quiet at night. I had a great stay overall. Bed was comfy.

Sergio’s apartment was exactly as described, charming and with so much character, clean and tidy and the hosts provided clear instructions. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The neighborhood had such a fun vibe and the bars and restaurants were all walkable. The city center was just one tram away, around the corner from the apartment. And the hosts gave great recommendations in the area. Hope to stay there again on my next trip to Milan.

Beautiful Apartment Complex with a central garden. A True Forrest in Town! The Location : Connected via closest bus stand Via Bella via Binda. Central enough and away from all the tourist noise. Very Central located. Everything in walking distance. Seven minute walk to grab a taxi. Trains five minute walk. Secure.

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

We stayed in Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: cozy, chic and stylish apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel better. I was hosted by Marcello in his beautiful loft. Very comfortable and equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful stay in peace. The area is very well equipped with services and clubs of all kinds and for all tastes. If I still need or should I recommend it, I would not spare myself in saying that Alchemy Loft is a real reality. I would definitely go back if I needed it.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our city break staying at MariaGrazia’s place. The location was excellent and MariaGrazia was friendly and responded quickly to any queries we had. The place itself was lovely; very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

We had a beautiful stay at the apartment from Giancarlo. It was clean, cozy and nicely furnished. It was wonderfully air-conditioned and the balcony invited to relax in the evening. Public transport into the inner city was nearby as well as a supermarket. Everything was perfect for us. Grazie mille…

Book this place without hesitation! Mimi and Fabio live up to their 5 star service and you can feel their passion for hosting. The studio is very well located, extremely clean with all amenities and the hosts are very professional, friendly and courteous. Definitely recommended!

We were very pleased! The location is really great and we always walked to the city center. There is also shampoo & shower gel, which is really well thought out and also sufficient towels. The shower always has warm (or even hot) water. The apartment is quite noisy (we could, for example, hear louder conversations from the neighboring room or from above us), but for us that was totally okay. Everything was as stated :) we were happy :)

The accommodation is more than suitable for both a quick visit to the city and a longer stay. Marco, the host, is very attentive to the app and very kind at check-in. You can easily communicate with him in Italian, Spanish or English. The accommodation is in a quiet and "strategic" area if you want to visit several points of the city and want to be "close" to everything by metro or tram.

Lara’s ultima piano was clean, comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed being in the heart of Milan, walking to the cafes for our morning coffees and buying fresh fruit at the produce stand around the corner. The addition of a comfortable chair in the living room would be nice for larger groups.

Exceptional host, Aldo was extremely helpful. Very trendy and cool apartment. It’s a testament that Milan is the interior design capital of the world. Thank you again Aldo we had a great stay!
