We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. Nearby are shops serving daily needs (Penny, Netto). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Die Einliegerwohnung mit 60 qm Größe befindet sich in Marl-Hüls in einer zentralen, aber doch sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es nur 200 m, von dort sind der Bahnhof Marl-Sinsen oder der S-Bahnhof Marl-Mitte mit Verbindungen nach Münster oder Essen bzw. Haltern am See oder Wuppertal in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Bett befindet sich im Schlafzimmer, im Wohnzimmer der Wohnung befindet sich eine Schlafcouch. Der Preis enthält auch sämtliche Gebühren von Airbnb.

Eine abwechslungsreiche Umgebung mit Bächen, Seen laden zu Spaziergängen und Radtouren ein. Naturverbundenheit und Nachhaltigkeit sind uns ein besonderes Anliegen. The cozy apartment has an extra large bed and a fresh renovated bathroom with a relaxing rain shower. For a convenient stay we got a kettle, toaster and an induction hob for you in a lovely kitchenette. Washing up is on us. To explore the beautiful city, village and nature you can rent 2 bikes for 5€/day/bike

The bathroom is equipped with a tub, separate shower, wall-mounted toilet, vanity and LED mirror. The dining area is designed for four people and is located directly next to the open kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven and coffee maker. On the second level, there is fitness equipment, a workstation and a double bed with TV.

A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.
